Multi-functional
I bought this back pack to lug my stuff to and from work. I really like it. It's a little big for my liking but I knew it would be from the description and size information. I like that it has multiple compartments for different purposes. I don't have a laptop but carry around my ipad in it. It would fit a large laptop without issue I'm sure. It can carry some accesories, paperwork, has compartments for pens, etc. I find the "shoe pocket" convenient. I don't carry an extra pair with me but use it for my umbrella instead. The back padding and straps are comfortable. My only complaint and the reason I gave this product 4 stars not 5 is the zipper on one of the front compartments. It works fine but the material around it must be straight and since this is a curved compartment, I find my self having to stop to straigtening the material out around the zipper to get it open. The other zippers don't have this issue and can be opened and closed in one fluid motion. I believe the size of the zipper with the sharper curve just makes it a bit problematic.
