The images are misleading - from the photos, it looks like there's an adjustable front strap that holds the case closed. Instead there's a small snap button which is really difficult to snap in correctly, and after a while I gave up trying to close it. Also the proportions aren't quite like the photo - the top section is much larger than the bottom section, making it look a bit shoddier. The faux leather is a bit thin on the bottom, and I have to lay it down carefully with my MacBook Pro inside so there isn't a very loud "thud". Other than these problems, it's a decent pack given the dirt cheap price. The shoulder straps are comfortable and it hasn't broken on me yet after about a month of use.

I love this backpack. It is adult and different from what everyone else is using. It holds everything and is very easy to carry. I have gotten a lot of positive comments about it.

this is a good back pack. my laptop fits in nice and snug though theres not a lot of padding to protect it especially at the bottom. i don't lug my computer around much so just wrap it with bubble wrap. i have recommended it to a friend because its comfortable to carry. its very easy on your shoulders and looks nice. overall its a nice product...

I purchased this laptop bag about a year and a half ago, I don't use it as my daily laptop bag because I prefer a standard over-the-shoulder bag (which I am shopping for another one now). I travel a lot for work and this bag is perfect as it keeps my hands free for lugging my luggage around and then traveling back and forth to the office. The picture is pretty accurate, I think it's professional looking, sleek and the shoulder straps are comfortable, it is also extremely sturdy for as much as I put in it. There is a separate compartment for the laptop and then another for files, that part zips up and holds everything securely, There is also a smaller pocket that I keep my battery and mouse, so it's very roomy. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you need a hands free bag. I think it will last a long time and for the price you can't beat it.

I really like this bag. I don't have a laptop, so I use it as a backpack for work. It fits all of my work documents which is what I use it for since I travel to 3 different sites. (I work for a hospital). The bag is stylish and many co-worker compliment me on it. It looks professional as well, without it looking like a school bookbag.The suede however looks fake to me, but it doesn't matter to me, since I don't need it to look like suede. My female friend recommended it to me and she wanted to get one as well. Overall I am HAPPY with the backpack and I hope it lasts for years, since I plan of having it for a long time.
