I bought this as a gift for my very athletic niece (early 20's) because of the side attachment/pocket/area for either a yoga mat or shoes. She's an avid runner, so I thought she'd appreciate a place to store & carry her shoes - which are often wet, muddy, stinky - that's OUTSIDE the bag and away from her other items (clothing, toiletries, etc.). I bought what was said to be the last red bag. It was a very attractive color! Nice bright red and looked like the photo online. The bag was a perfect size - not too huge to be cumbersome, and not too small to be useless. It seemed solidly constructed, but only time will tell about how the stitching and zippers hold up. So far, she likes it!

Works for me! As a coach, personal trainer and avid cyclist I find myself traveling with lots of gear and often. This duffel bag took the place of three gear bags. Enough room to fit cycling shoes, helmet, gloves, misc gear, jerseys, shorts, and towels, and clothes.

searched long and hard for a bag big enough to accomodate extra long manduka pro mat plus all the accessories (towel, blanket, cushion, water bottle) necessary for various types of yoga. very sturdy construction with easy snaps to fasten mat. highly recommended!

Love the shoe compartment. If you are looking for a gym bag in which you carry zumba shoes for after you work out, this is the bag for you.

i ordered this a christmas gift for my 13 year old brother, he needed a bag with a shoe older that could handle his growing size 12 sports shoes.... the shoes fit into the bag along with a binder and a book for shool plus DO, and a change of clothes for practice/weight lifting. he liked the shoulder strap. i like the zippers, they looked thick and durable.... hopefully it will last him awhile.

I was looking for a gym bag I could carry my running shoes, my swimsuit, extra clothes, and foam roller and this bag does it all! One of my favorite details about this bag is that it has the side entry shoe pocket which keeps my dirty shoes away from clean clothes but also keeps my swim gear and wet towel away from my dry clothes. The side carrier allows me to carry my foam roller or yoga mat to the gym. This is by far my favorite bag.

In addition to packing my towel, clothes and shoes for the day ahead, I also carry about 8lbs of beauty products and shower stuff to the as well - the bag is still roomy after all of this. I am also a little more hands-free now that I can clip in my fairly thick yoga mat on the side. Great buy!

A lot to like about this bag. I did think it would be a bit smaller but am using it anyway for a gym/yoga bag. Lots of useful pockets.

very orange. and very large.. Used it for vegas. and could ALMOSt get all of my stuff in there. but I am a notorious over packer.

The bag I received looked similar to the picture on the web site, but it had plastic latches instead of metal ones (in the web image) where the shoulder straps connected to the bag. Also, the clips on the ends of the shoulder straps were made of cheap plastic and had a weak metal clasp. Nothing like I expected. The bag is advertised as "US Traveler", yet the label on the bag says, "GP" and has "www.golden-pacific.com" web address. Nothing to indicate that it's a true US Traveler bag, so it seems to be a knockoff of some kind. Also, the material that it is made of seems inferior to what I've seen in the brick stores for similar US Traveler bags. As such, I'm returning it.

I have ordered this bag to use as a gym bag. It is fairly roomy and has multiple pockets. I like the shoe inserts. I gave it a four star, due to the fact that I was hoping for more cushioning on the strap. A good bargain for the price. I am sure I will use it for traveling to nearby places as well.

This bag is too big for me to carry around for the gym. While I was looking for a bag that had a space to carry my yoga mat & gym items, it's too bulky. This bag is better suited for traveling, not carrying around daily.

My son really likes this bag....he uses it for sports events to carry his equipment or for sleepovers.. This is a great bag for multiple purposes. The color is great too. We chose the orange and black for our hometown colors. Very well made.

I bought 3 of these for our young boys for a recent vacation. I decided upon them after carefully reading numerous reviews of several bag options. My wife, kids and I were all very pleased when they arrived. The kids, of course, loved them and each chose their own color. The nylon material is sturdy, the straps are great and the zippers work easily and appear to be well made. I'm glad I purchased these bags and trust the quality will help make them last for several years..... at least until our kids outgrow them and need larger ones. I wish I could justify buying one for myself, but I just don't need one right now. Otherwise, I would definitely give this bag a shot.
