The bag itself is OK. After about 2yrs of use, the edges have started to fray. The zippers are good, no problems there. However, the wheels have fallen apart! One is totally broken--the sides have fallen off, it no longer rolls. The other wheel is starting to do the same thing. I don't think they can be replaced, so I'll get another bag--some other brand, not Traveler.
Please tell us about the quality of the product. Wheels don't last very long. Worn out and unable to use after 2 years.
I bought this bag because it was the only one I could find that was reasonably priced with a shoulder strap. It is roomy and well-designed but the zippers and fabric make me think that it will not be with me long term. For now, it is a good value.
I ordered this bag because it had a padded shoulder strap, so that I can carry it on my shoulder. I chose this also because it said it was 8 inches deep. I was searching for an overnighter that had enough depth for me to put my documents and notebook. This is exactly what i was looking for.
I enjoy using this computer 'roller bag'. I was looking for a shoulder strap, lap top case on wheels and this bag is all that and more. Light weight, roomy and is efficiently divided. Pockets are systematically placed, easy zippers and a folder file included. Back velcro strap allows 'stacking' with other luggage is a huge plus. Wheels needed a little WD40, but everything functions perfectly. It is sturdy yet it is not bulky. Perfectly functional accent for a business person on the GO.

I bought this to use as a book bag for college classes. I would love to carry all my books at once, but they just don't fit and would ruin it. So I have to plan around its smaller size to get the books I need into it, when I need them. The wide set wheels keep it from tipping when pulled. Keeping me from wearing out the sides like I did on my previous book bag. The handle works, but has me worried about its mechanism failing eventually. I have to make sure I'm not abusing it, not banging it down stairs, not twisting the handle too much. Other than concerns about keeping it operable over the long run, I am happy with it. If I get another review request in another month, we will see what the long term wear is. Bottom line? I bought the best priced, highest quality bag I could find. I got what I paid for. Its meets my needs.

Please tell us about the quality of the product. I'm finding a mediocre product. It didn't cost a mint, so it isn't built out of gold. But, I have to be sure I am not abusing it.

I bought this low-priced product becasue I am so "hard" on travel gear that I didn't want to invest a lot of money on something I expected to eventually replace. Well, the telescoping handles never broke, but they sure became very wiggly after a while and was always in fear of them. One of the zippers became permanently bent so I kept that compartment 75% closes all the time so as not to engage the borken teeth. Finally, one of the wheels began bending to the side so that the left half of the case draggged on the ground and eventually wore out the outer casing. After 12 months, it's trashed and I will replace it with a much better quality product.
