The bag itself is OK. After about 2yrs of use, the edges have started to fray. The zippers are good, no problems there. However, the wheels have fallen apart! One is totally broken--the sides have fallen off, it no longer rolls. The other wheel is starting to do the same thing. I don't think they can be replaced, so I'll get another bag--some other brand, not Traveler.

This roller case is very convenient for me because I travel so much. I can fit all my tools and personal items , instead of taking an extra bag with me. It's great!!!

I bought this bag because it was the only one I could find that was reasonably priced with a shoulder strap. It is roomy and well-designed but the zippers and fabric make me think that it will not be with me long term. For now, it is a good value.

I ordered this bag because it had a padded shoulder strap, so that I can carry it on my shoulder. I chose this also because it said it was 8 inches deep. I was searching for an overnighter that had enough depth for me to put my documents and notebook. This is exactly what i was looking for.

I bought this low-priced product becasue I am so "hard" on travel gear that I didn't want to invest a lot of money on something I expected to eventually replace. Well, the telescoping handles never broke, but they sure became very wiggly after a while and was always in fear of them. One of the zippers became permanently bent so I kept that compartment 75% closes all the time so as not to engage the borken teeth. Finally, one of the wheels began bending to the side so that the left half of the case draggged on the ground and eventually wore out the outer casing. After 12 months, it's trashed and I will replace it with a much better quality product.

I would recommend this briefcase to anyone who needs an occasional-use bag. The quality seems a little cheaper than I expected. However, for the amount money I spent, I feel that it is a good value.

A good quality bag for it's pricepoint. Bought it to replace a cheap Targus laptop bag which I gave away to a friend. Happy to see that this bag was a better build quality than the targus bag. Wheels tracked straight unlike the Targus bag and the shoulder strap is an added plus to bags in this class.

Nice size, holds more than expected yet doesn't look big and bulky. Actuallly holds 17 inch laptop. Bought for daughter who is pretty rough on stuff, yet has held up very well.

I was looking for a compact but Rolling Laptop bag so that it could easily fit under an air plane seat. This bag certainly fits under airplane seat, has plenty of space for its size and design is good. The problem is with its quality. First of all as its priced at $47 and at lower end, it looks cheap. Within 3 months of use the bottom part has already several visible scratches and I can't use it for any business travel. I work from home and only travel few times a month. So I'm not using this bag every day. So I feel the money is simply wasted as I should have put $50 or $80 more and got a better durable product. So my advice, don't go for this low priced item. Put $50 or even $100 more but get a durable and better looking rolling lap top bag. I searhced on Amazon and there are plenty although little bigger in size. So still I have to compromise on a bag which can easily fit under any airplane seat but I'll prefer that than having this bag. Barnwal.

The quality was very disappointing, I have used the product less than a week and a half and the shoulder strap broke and one seem is already coming apart. It is very uncomfortable to carry and not at all what I had expected.

This is a decent bag, but I understand now why it was less expensive than many of the others. The bag scrapes the ground and visibly showed wear after only one day of use. It had a horrible odor initially, like some chemical fume that I could smell even when the bag was halfway across the room. I doused the bag a couple of times with Febreeze and it finally wore off. Still, I love how much I can carry in the bag and my back is feeling so much better now that I'm not carrying all of my books across campus everyday.

I needed a rolling briefcase and found this on here. It compares favorably with those I saw in stores in my neighborhood but for one third the cost. I love the bag. A lot! Sadly, the wheels are too close to the bag so when you roll it the bag drags. After only two weeks with it, the bottom of the bag is ripped up from dragging on the ground. So sad!

I needed a rolling case to carry a laptop and other work supplies since I move from location to location every day of the week. This was a good value for the money. I seems well constructed and I have had no problems with it yet - I've been using it a few weeks. However, I wish it were a little bigger so I didn't have to use my regular briefcase as well. I'm happy with this purchase.
