I purchased this in black for my 13 year old son. He usually goes through two backpacks a school year. This one still looks new at the end of first semester ! It has kept its shape despite the amount of items stuffed into it and dirt brushes off leaving the bag looking as clean as I have ever seen. The straps, pockets and mesh areas are fine without any extra give or weaknesses to date. Maybe we will make it through the entire year with this one. It will be a first!

Good size backpack, but every zipper gets stuck where there is a curve in the design. I would not purchase this again.

This backpack is larger than I expected, fits a 20" laptop easy. 5 smaller pockets total, 3 front and 2 on the sides. Carries everything from books, extra clothing, toiletries and a laptop. I travel allot for work and there is a nice inside pocket for my passport and other identification. Straps are comfortable.

This backpack has an excellent number of pockets and compartments. Some are mesh so that stuff dries. There is a waist belt. The zippers are metal and do not track smoothly, but I'm planning to wax or soap them. It's not a serious problem. This pack is quite roomy and well designed.

THey were extremely poor quality. At least I have used your services so I know the quality of many of your products. I would be hard pressed to give it a one.

I use this for school it's really large, but I like it cause I can place my books and sweaters in it. For being a large backpack though it should have metal zippers.

It's good for what it is- a decently made day pack. The ipod pocket and headphone pass-through is a nice touch. I don't recommend this for climbing k-2, but for a bike ride, a day hike, or to lug notebooks and textbooks back and forth to class, it's a good choice.

The main compartment pocket of this backpack is quite large and perfect for the daily abuse provided by my son. So far there are no fabric or zipper compromises, so I'm hoping it makes it through the end of the schoolyear. Our average backpack life span is 4-6 mos., so I remain optimistic at this point.
