  • 72 Hour Emergency Pack

    I bought this pack to be used as a 72 hour emergency pack for my wife. She had been using a nylon duffle but had a hard time carrying it. We selected this pack because it appeared to be light weight, water resistant with outside pockets. The sholder straps are adjustable and the waist and chest straps help to stablize the sholder straps. I would like to see about 4-5 more small out side pockets. This pack is stored in the trunck of oour car for emergency use.

    • How accurate was the sizing? This pack hold all of the items needed for one person as a 72 hour kit.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The fabric is water resistant and appears to have good stiching.

    This is a very large back-pack, bought it for my son who is always going on weekend trips. Helps keep things organized with the multple compartments

  • huge backpack

    The backpacks arrived (I ordered 2) for our pending trip to Europe and when they arrived they were larger then expected.. I guess I did not figure 24" to be an oversize backpack. i wanted it to be my large personal item on the plane but it is more like a carry on in size. Good for some but for me too large.. The dislike I have regarding the product is that it smells like gasoline.. I have aired it out.. frebreezed it.. and rinsed it off but still have not found a place to keep it because of the smell. I hope it goes away soon.

  • Great backpack, reasonable price

    Good light weight backpack. Plenty of room in the main compartment with addl pockets on the outside. Bought two of these for use as emergency packs and they worked out great.

The bag is not water proof but water resistant. Water proof typically means that it will block out all water in nearly all wet conditions. Water resistant typically means that water will bead off the bag and not soak easily. However, it will soak and get wet in continued wet conditions.
