Inspected but not yet used
The handle was broken when I first opened the product. But customer service shipped out a new one immediately after receiving my email. They also sent me a shipping label to return the first order. It was a relatively painless exchange. The bag is a great little duffle bag for a traveling teen athlete - outside pockets, durable wheels, and strong handles. Haven't tested it against his travels yet; but thus far pleased with the purchase.
