The shopping tote is beautiful to look at and the material is very good. However, the bag alone is quite heavy. I asked customer service to please tell me the size of the padded computer sleeve inside the bag. I wanted to know before I ordered the product. Both times I asked, I got the same response, that the company did not have that information. So like an idiot I ordered the bag to see if it would work with my computer, and it did not; causing me to have to send it back and lose money on the shipping label. The very day I sent the bag back, I got an email telling me the size of the sleeve. I was very upset. The padded sleeve inside fits a smaller laptop, not a standard 15-17 inch. The bag does hold as much as it's height, however, it does not stand on it's own. It leans whether full or empty. It does not stand due to the shape of the bottom heavy plastics that are there for the bags sitting. Not cool. Further, the shopping totes are not fully lined. I have since ordered a bag that does have the room to fit my computer in the sleeve; is fully lined, and very light weight even when it is full.
