Bag seemed good, but a seam has ripped
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. It was the the right size, color, etc. He's been using it for about 5 weeks now, and one of the seams in the main (padded) strap has ripped. The rip is several inches long. I contacted Overstock to see what they could do, and they referred me to the manufacturer. I'm waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if they'd be willing to replace the item. If not, I'll try some heavy-duty fabric glue, but I doubt it will work, as the strap does get a lot of wear.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Not sure--it seemed okay when I got it, but maybe I didn't look closely enough
