The travel pillow is OKAY, not great. It doesn't offer the head and neck support that I was looking for. I'll use it for now, but I would not get another one. I do like the arm holder -- that is convenient, and I keep a pair of socks in the little pouch when flying.
I bought the travel cozy for flying because I have a hard time getting in a comfortable position to sleep. The neck wrap with the pouch supports your neck and the arm pouch allows warmth and comfort for your arms instead of them just hanging. I use it also in the car for long trips.
Adjusted the straps, re-positioned the pillow, placed both arms into the "pocket", put my MP3 player in the special pouch... and fell asleep for a wonderuflly relaxing afternoon!!!!!!
