The MediCOZY is a MUST for anyone flying these days...the seats are so cramped that it's hard to get comfortable, let alone sleep on an airplane. This ingenius blanket and pillow puts you in a position that is perfect for sleeping on a plane. You could never get this comfortable without the MediCOZY. It also avoid having to fight your seatmate for use of the armrest. I have back problems and after seven hours on an airplane I am always in pain but with the MediCOZY I felt great, no backpain and well rested, when I reached my destination. I WOULD NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT IT!It is priceless in terms of its benefits and I would gladly pay much more to enjoy the comfort it provides.

I thought this would be ideal for traveling, but it wasn't. It ended up in trash bag to carry around at the airports...carrying case included didn't work at all. It had a very poor design for a carrying case...It was a very poor decisson to purchase this item...

Product has good quality - pillow and blankets are very soft. I'm not sure I understand how to use these neck pillows though - unless you have an opening on the seat where you could lean your head back, the pillow is going to prop you forward. Loved the arm hammock. And to clarify, this set came with the neck pillow, a nice sized blanket with pocket and arm hammock, and an arm hammock with pocket. You can only use one at a time (arm hammock by itself or blanket with built-in hammock).

the quality of the fleece is really nice / thick.... ours are navy instead of the grey which is pictured; additionally, the logo is stitched in the same navy color, so we don't feel like a walking billboard for the product as pictured. for the price, this is a great and easy to pack set for anyone who is an international or cross-country flier. great product.

I found the MediCOZY to be a great improvement over a blanket and neck pillow alone when trying to sleep on an airplane. The attachments between the neck pillow and blanket keep the blanket from falling off, but the best thing is the built-in "arm hammock" . When trying to sleep on a plane I never was able to find a way to keep my arms from dangling in the aisle or falling onto my seatmate. My usual method was to cross my arms and jam my hands into my armpits. This never worked for long, my arms became numb and I could not sleep for long in this position. I did a lot of rearranging my position and was not able to get much rest. Now, with the MediCOZY, I just slip my arms in the "arm hammock" and I am able to get a longer and much more restful nap.

The item description claims that this comes with a traveling case. Apparently the case is the package it ships in - the clear, hard-ish plastic that bed sheets come packaged in. This isn't conducive to compact or easy travel, unless you want this to be one carryon on it's own and fold it perfectly each time to make it fit. That wouldn't be that big of a deal -- easily remedied by return -- if overstock haven't charged my 1/3 of the product price for the return shipping. To charge me that after I had to return an item based on overstock's lousy description undid years of satisfactory service, probably losing me as an overstock customer. Hope the *** bucks was worth it.

This item is my go-to companion for my frequent red-eye flights cross-country. I especially like the pocket for my arms to keep them at a comfortable angle for sleeping on the plane. Love this set!
