so, I'm going to have to rate it based on the worst of the ones I received. I ordered three of these at the same time, one for each of my kids. Of the three, NONE were EXACTLY as the one pictured on this website. The first one had a RED neck pillow (with a ZIPPER for easy removal of the insert for washing). The pillow itself was more firm and cushy, as well. Included with this set was a BLUE arm hammock with a yellow pocket. The other two had neck pillows that was BLUE and much SMALLER than the first one. It DID NOT HAVE A ZIPPER either. The arm hammocks were ORANGE with a yellow pocket (but the orange fleece wasn't smooth and the yellow pocket was made of another type of fleece...overall an inferior product compared with the first one). So, I'd rate the first one 5 stars, but the second and third one much less due to the inferiority of the materials.

I purchase this for my daughter too small.. This is perfect for a 3yrsold child...
