Luggage Purchase
The purchasing process was very easy. I was kept well informed of the order status right up to delivery date. As advertised this piece of luggage is very durable. I travel roughly 80% for business and I tend to go through luggage in very quick manner. I needed a product that was affordable and durable. Overstock.com and Coleman have delivered me that product.

Odor
This odor is detectable even when the case is zipped shut. I think it quality control at the warehouse should have stopped this before it was shipped.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. This case has a terrible chemical odor that I have not been able to eliminate. It is unusable.

Gift Purchase
This product was purcahased as a gift to replace a second Traveler's Choice Hardside Spinner. Both of the Traveler's Choice products split - one after 4 or 5 uses and the second on the very second trip for which it was used. I can only hope that the name Coleman represents a much more durable product.

It was what i ordered and I was well aware of what i ordered. Therefore the system can be said to be as presented and would explain while internet purchasing will undoubtedly radically alter the way of retail sales. This will be of detriment to the big box store and will be to the advantage of warehousing and freight companies.

One trip from US to Asia and it's ripped
I really liked it. But one way trip from NYC to HKG rendered it useless. 4 straight line cracks were developed on both sides just like that. True that Cathay reimbursed me but for this low price, a similar case just couldn't be found in HKG. I ended up getting another hardsided one (26") and it survived the return trip from HKG -> ORD -> BOS. This new one feels flimsier yet it survived. So maybe this luggage is fragile or maybe that was just one unfortunate incidence...
