Coleman Sedona Polycarbonate 2-piece Expandable Spinner Luggage Set

This by far is the best set of luggage I've ever owned (I bought the 3 piece set but I will write my review here because I don't see the 3 piece set available for purchase at the moment). I have taken the luggage on 6 different flights and have had zero issues. I was thrilled when I was able to spot my yellow suitcases from a mile away and didn't have to pick up every piece of black luggage anymore to check if it was mine. The yellow is a beautiful color. The only thing is that it gets scuff marks from being tossed around like every other piece of luggage but that's not a big deal to me. I'm sure the scuff marks will come off if I tried but I haven't even bothered. The wheels on this luggage are priceless--being able to simply push this luggage instead of drag it is definitely invaluable and after 6 trips they still work perfectly. The TSA locks do not come with instructions of how to change them, but a quick google search can fix that. Each piece fits inside of each other so you only have to worry about storage of the largest piece. The handles have multiple heights they can lock at to appeal to people of all heights. I am 5'7" and do not need to extend the handles to their full extension. The one side that zippers shut with the protective netting is genius! It kept my clothes neat and also protected the three bottles of wine I brought home from napa valley (I packed those extra carefully though). The zipper that gives you extra space to expand your luggage is amazing. I have only needed to use it one time and it definitely saved the day! I am thoroughly impressed with the construction and durability of this luggage and look forward to having it for a very long, long time.

Great set, travels well! If you get any paint rub off on them or scuffs, they clean up with Soft Scrub and look good as new! The expandable sides give lots of extra room. No directions come regarding how to set the built-in locks, but do an internet search for "setting built-in TSA lock" and you'll find instructions. More safe than separate locks! Recommend!

We purchased this 2 set of Coleman spinning luggage and love them! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that we've only flown with them once (Utah to FL), so we will have to see if they hold up over time (but I have no indication that they won't). Immediately loved the color and look. The best part for us about these pieces is that my husband is 6 ft 4 and wears a size 14 shoe. He was initially skeptical of the size of "his" piece (the larger one obviously), and then was concerned that once he would pack it, that it would be overweight due to the hard sides (his bags are ALWAYS overweight). Well, for our 6 day trip to FL, he packed everything in his piece and just had a backpack carryon, and his suitcase weighed only 33 pounds at the airport!! I (a petite female) was able to pack for my 6 days entirely in the smaller carryon piece of luggage. This would be impressive enough on its own, but then, after celebrating Christmas in FL and receiving some gifts AND also doing some after-christmas-sale-shopping, we STILL fit everything into these two pieces! (I did expand my smaller piece and decided to check it, but still..pretty amazing!). So, all in all, this luggage is attractive, appears to be of solid construction, and can pack a LOT of stuff while still being lightweight. We are very impressed!

I took the larger of the two pieces of luggage on a trip to Dubai last week; and although there were a few black marks on it when I returned, there was no significant damage. As I packed for the trip, the luggage seemed sort of flimsy; but it was actually pretty strong since it survived this international trip without losing a wheel or getting a crack in the polycarbonate. It is not as easy to pack or handle as my old soft-side luggage was because both sides hold about the same amount. I would prefer to have most of the contents in one side, but this luggage is not made that way. I miss having external pockets and a handle on the bottom. The handle on the bottom of my old luggage makes it much easier to lift. Also, it would be easier to pack if both sides had the zipper mesh and the cross straps to hold everything in. The locks worked fine so I was happy with them. I would give this luggage a B+ because it still does not feel like it is going to last a long time. A few more trips and I will know for sure!
