Used the bag for a 3 month deployment to Iraq and the bag held up great. I was able to put all my clothes and other items in the bag. Also the drop bottom feature was great for additional items. The bag also held up to tough Iraq area and terrain. So it is very durable.
This product is all it is advertised to be. It has been serving me well and holding up to the rigors of airline travel, which is killer on luggage. Zippers, handels and snal locks are holning up well and the basic material of the bag has been strong and durable. The rolling wheels are doing great and the construction of them appears to be extremely durable. I would recommend this bag to a friend or family member...
This is a very roomy bag and will hold more than needed for a week long trip. With the excessive fees for extra luggage on most airlines, traveling with one bag is the way to go. Just be careful, one can easily exceed the 50 lb weight limit with this bag - at almost 10 lbs empty, there's only room for another 40 if traveling by air. We purchased one for our most recent 7-day cruise and loved it. As soon as we returned from our cruise, we purchased another one for our next 7-day trip to Hawaii.
