lots of room
I bought this bag to give me more room when traveling. I lost luggage enough that I wanted to have spare clothes as well as computer, files, supplies, books, converters, and the heavy list of supplies I carry for travel to remote areas. This bag does that and more. On the first trip with this bag, my other luggage was lost, but I had a change of clothes thanks to this bag. I don't have to stretch the zipper to get everything closed. The wheels are solid and far apart for a decent roll. The handle is sturdy and locks in position. The extension of the handle could be longer (I'm just a little over 6' tall). Any taller and I might not get enough angle when rolling to get off from the feet of the bag. The zipper is a little stiff at times, but appear to be heavier and better stitched than my last bag (why it needed to be replaced). The pockets and compartments border on being too many. I have to be more organized that I usually am just to find everything.If you need to transport lots of thing and like everything having its own place, this is an ideal bag with the possible exception of someone much over 6 ft tall.

Good pilot bag
This bag has plenty of room for carrying computer, camera, flashlight, electronic accessories, etc. I have used for one month now, still getting the feel for it. The wheels have held up fine so far, generally I use it through airports. The handle is only 40 inches tall, my last bag had a 42 inch handle, which are hard to find. I am 5'10" so no real rpoblem. The bag will protrude out beyond the advertised 10" thick when stuffed full of "stuff". Still fits in aircraft overhead bins and under most seats. It is a tad to wide to roll through most economy cabins, the aisle is too narrow, although my last bag did not either. The product also included a pull out computer carry case which I did not know about from other reviews. That carry case will come in handy sometime, although I have taken it out and used the previous computer wrap which I had. I hope this helps. Very good value for the cost.

bought this for a gift...very pleased with product. Lots of pockets for files, pens, readers, etc. Rolls freely. Receipent very pleased.

My wheels fell apart
I do not have this particular bag...the one I bought made by CalPak is no longer available. However, after a few months, the outer rubber on the wheels rolled right off leaving behind the hard inner part. After just five months, the bag itself is perfectly fine but one of the wheels has completely worn away. I'm a teacher who has to travel cross-campus, I used this bag daily for five months and it is now useless to me. Two of my colleagues also purchased a bag from CalPak and they found the same issues with the wheels. When one of them contacted the company directly to see if they would "make good" on their 3 year warranty, she was told that they would not because she "abused" the bag. I would like to know how it can be considered "abuse" if the bag is being used for its intended purpose. If you are planning to use this bag for more than a month, I would recommend that you purchase from a different company.

Great Bag
My husband loved it. I bought it to replace a leather on he had worn out. It was less expensive than the leather one almost like it. Nice bag very sturdy. I am glad I didn't spend the extra money to get leather.

Great if not used
I bought this to use for work. I travel between three schools everyday and have to walk a lot in parking lots and on asphalt. The wheels on this bag wore all the way through after two weeks! I now have to go through the trouble of trying to fix the wheels myself so I didn't waste 94 dollars plus shipping on something that lasted two weeks. It's a shame because the bag itself is pretty nice.
