size issue
this does not hold a 17 inch laptop in the protective sleeve, you can put the laptop in the outer pocket, but there is little protection, so for that I am very disappointed.the bag has many pockets and easy accessI just I knew before I got it that it didn't hold the 17 inch laptop as it said it would~

walk away
The Calpak product is nice looking but not worth it. Overstock accepted the return because the inner zipper was never sewn on correctly. There plastic end to zipper was not there so the whole interior came out. I thought it might just be me so I ordered it again -- wrong-- Again the zipper was not completed and the whole interior came out again. Run don't walk away from this product!

laptop transport
After many hours searching for an appropriately sized rolling laptop case and an unsuccessful attempt with another product I finally found a suitable way to transport my 17 inch laptop withour having to carry it through airports. This rolling case has a large enough, padded slot for my laptop as well as room for accessories and clothes for a weekend trip all in an attractive, easy to handle carry-on.

excellent pocket design, especially for the laptop. let down by cheap, noisy wheels. Postage expensive.

very practical
I'm pleased with this purchase. It is very good quality and has all the features I was looking for. i got the lime green and I'm very happy with the color. Bright and fun. However, you won't be able to fit a very big laptop in this bag. My 15-inch barely fits.

I've been to Asia with this pack. For an 18 inch pack, it held a nice amount of clothing, shoes, books, snacks, misc stuff, in case my checked luggage was lost. Smooth quiet in-line wheels, nice front organized section, strong single retractable handle, nice zippers with pulls. I like how the backpack straps press against the back and zip in under a flap. If carrying on your back the same flap zips open and attaches so the wheels are covered. My older laptop fits into the padded computer compartment, a newer wide screen would not. For under the seat, if not filled heavily, I could slide the top in first but the wheel base would not go completely under, however the pack seemed to be out of the way enough. This took foot space so I would not want to travel a long flight with it under the seat. The brown color was darker than the photo, less contrast between the black and brown than expected. Overall it is light weight and solid.
