In looking at bags and luggage I noticed that Overstock.com has a lot of no-name, little heard of name, product lines in these categories. It actually turned me off when buying a luggage set, so much of the product that seems like a good deal is getting tough reviews. So I bought my luggage set elsewhere and was able to get a similar deal on a name brand we'd all recognize. However, with at $20 back pack I didn't think I was risking too much. Boy was I wrong. When I made my purchase 3 of the 4 posts said it was too cheaply made and the zippers broke. One review said it was good for High School... I was buying for my High Schooler, so I thought I'd risk it. I was humiliated that my son called me after 2 periods on the first day of use to tell me his zipper broke (and I should add that he doesn't carry text books in his back pack, the school keeps a set in the classroom so kids don't hurt their backs). I'm sure it was embarrassing for him as well and a pain to go out and have to buy one in a pinch the next day. I will wait and see, but I can tell you I will be very disappointed to see that Overstock continues to sell this product. Good prices are awesome, when they are on good products. ANY old website can sell cheap stuff cheaply.

This seemed like a quality backpack at first, but after my son used it twice the zipper was catching and the teeth pulled apart. A heavier stronger zipper was needed for a backpack.
