Love the case. Heavy duty, I use it every day for work. Into the house, back to the car, into the office. Rain or shine. The case has three separate zippered compartments. My pens, calculator, folders, cables and power supply, everything has its own place. The case came with a separate carry bag that fits inside one of the compartments, just for my laptop. I can use it separately, when I have an inter office meeting. The case cleans easily with a damp cloth. The handle stays locked when extended.

I've had it for about a month now. No problems. I bought the orange one. The orange is a pleasant & fun contrast, not obnoxiously orange. I use the large compartment for papers and/or a laptop, the middle compartment for my small handbag and either lunch or my walking shoes, and the small outer compartment for - whatever little stuff. So glad I bought it.

I bought the CalPak as a carry on for a trip back East. It was good value for the money. The 2 things I did not like were: I ordered the blue and it was much more muted than the color in the photo and the second thing was the way the zipper was sewn on the computer insert. I have a 15" screen and although my laptop fits in, the way the zipper was sewn would not allow me to put the laptop in the insert. Once I cut off the zipper, I had no problems. Since it was extra protection for the laptop, I did not need the zipper for the laptop insert. Because I needed to remove my laptop at the airport, it actually made it easier not having the zipper. What I did like was that it is sewn very well, it was sturdy and the telescoping handles and wheels worked well. I also liked all the compartments. It was an excellent value for the price.

I received what I ordered on timely manner. The briefcase itself is nice. However, the removable laptop bag does not fit my 17" laptop very well.

The only thing I would improve is the organization. My old case had four separate compartments, so I could use one for files, one for cables, one for my computer and the last one for office supplies. this one has only two full sized compartments, and one tiny one on the front. So I have to put the files in with my computer, and I have far less room for my office supplies.
