Bought this bag and on the first air trip it came off the plane with a hole in the side where the strap was attached to the bag and had ripped when loaded or unloaded. Was very disappointed as I loved the bag when I bought it.
Have used once and made 4 airplanes without any damage. Good size for 50 lb. weight limit, carried back pack and gear for a 6 day 5 night trip. Good quality and woukd buy again.
We just used this bag for a 2 week trip and it was terrific. manageable size, easy to roll. And the lining zips out so you can wash it should you have anything spill inside the bag. It can be a little tipsy if you pack it too full (like we did - you can easily go over the 50 lb airline limit in this bag).
I am very pleased with the heavy duty duffle bag which is large enough to hold a long weekend of clothing and other essentials for someone who always over packs for any vacation. I believe it would be large enough to pack for a week and the fact that it has rollers and a hide away handle makes it especially easy for heavy packing, and it is very sturdy. My husband and I both used it for an overnite stay prior to leaving for vacation and had plenty of space even for essentials and reading materials.
