I travel alot for work. My luggage is constantly being throw around, dragged about, & crammed with more stuff than I left with. I'm extremly pleased with this set because it got me to start smart packing for trips. My ties & such are neatly stored until their needed to be put on. The Grooming Kit has anything you may need for grooming, and also comes in handy for tools when you need to fix a sample before a presentation. The duffel bag works great to give me additional packing space, and serves as an AV Storage Center for carting around computers, cords, & projectors. The pull man looks small upon receipt, but as you move into it you'll find that you can pack 1 weeks supply of gear with ease. Travel with the full 5 piece set, and expect to have enough space to pack for 2 - 3 weeks. Most of all I love the look of this luggage, and every trip I take has a stranger telling me how nice they look.

I bought this for my son. Beautiful color and excellent texture. It is truly chestnut and very rich looking.

The product's color matched the one displayed on the website. The plastic handle and details are not the best choice but I still think it's a good deal for the money.

Overall I was quite pleased although smaller than it appears in the picture. The leather is not the best grade but I think for the price it is a good value.

My prior review was upon initial receipt of the luggage. The durability is now questionable. The front clasp somehow fell off and was lost. The handle frequently sticks in the down position.

SCRATH MY LAST REVIEW!!! I gave this a great review upon receipt. BUT on my return trip home the front clasp on the pullman came off! then the handle stuck and when i pulled to extend it SNAP!...It broke...This was the first time i took the set out of the house. Its only a great looking set if all the pieces are on it, and in functioning order. Maybe it wont happen to you but i had to put it out there.

this is a great set! its a little smaller than expected, but it does hold quite a bit. i love the finish to the leather. if there were additional pieces to add on i would definately buy them. i dont get the negative reviews. you can pay more for a leather pullman alone than for this great set! the extra accessories means you dont have to buy anything else (or worry about matching). if youre in the market, this is the one to get!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loved it. It's very durable leather, which is what I liked because of the manhandling it will get. The only thing I was disappointed in was the largest case wasn't bigger.

The shiny finish has a plastic look and seems to be applied over a standard cowhide. It differs from the picture, which looks more like a rich Italian calfskin finished to a high gloss. I was embarassed to carry these pieces, am returning. Instead I have another set also purchased from Overstock for only $10 or $20 more. It is made by the same vendor in the same brown color without the cheap-looking finish. Color has that reddish mid-1970's look as noted by other reviewers, otherwise splendid except for a nylon strap around the body. It has both a 26" and 23" roller pullman, along with the cabin bag. Unlike the reviewed set, its finish will accept a leather conditioner, and it is unmistakably genuine...my cab driver said the 23" pullman looked like a $600 bag.

I agree with the negative comments. The finish does look like plastic and the color is strange, not brown, not orange, not burgandy. I would return it but the shipping costs would be too high. I would not purchase anything so heavy sight unseen!

Used the luggage already. Held up well to airline abuse. Nice leather. Sturdy zippers.

This set of luggage has been an excellent investment. Although I disagree with another review indicating how spacious the pieces are, I do feel it makes an ideal set for business travelers or for short vacations. The overall appearance of the luggage is very handsome and exudes a high quality. I have received numerous compliments when passing through hotels and airports and have been very pleased with this purchase.

I've been traveling 100% for 12 years working as a Managing Consultant. Usually, I purchase luggage every year or two. This is by far the single most impressive luggage set I've every seen. I use the smaller cabin bag as a traveling workout bag which holds shoes, weightlifting belt, two sets of workout clothes, and some supplements. My luggage was not burgundy as the picture reflects. It is a very rich light brown.

I thought the quality of leather was verpoor - look and smelt like vinyl and not high quality leather. Suitcase is more of a carryon size and I thought it was much larger than it was. I sent it back and purchased something else locally for my trip. Overstock is very good about refunding though. It just wasn't what zi thought it was.

Well worth it. Even though the set is smaller than it appears in the picture, this roller and duffel hold a lot. The product is in excellent condition and the leather is of good quality. It does have a vintage feel and is very chic. The accesories are darling and very helpful.
