My friend turned me on to this case (he's got one) because both locks on my old case broke. But this case is very nice. It is the deepest case i have ever seen. Love the leather, and the inside is lined and slightly padded, but very nice. It can hold a lot of books and well everything. Won't be disappointed if you order this briefcase. Locks are sturdy and over all it is very well made.

Although my uncle has only been using his gift for a few weeks now he really likes it. It seems to be well made. His last brief case lasted him over 10 years, i expect this one to do the same.

This case is exactly what I had been looking for: it was the perfect size; it's expandable; made with leather; and it was black. This was a gift for a very picky person and it passed the test. The only thing he would have liked to see was just one more pocket inside, but he is very happy with it.

bought this particular attache case because it was expandable. When expanded fully it gives plenty of room for extra items. The leather is of good quality and the workmanship is excellent. The stitching along the sides and edges are straight and without defect.

the only complaint is that one of the lock got damage after 4 month of use, do take care of it. Have receive great compliments about it.

I love Overstock because what you see is what you get. This briefcase compares with the leading brand I have literally won out. I was disappointed because I couldn't find the exact match from the other leading brand of briefcase maker but this briefcase is just as nice and I saved tax and $20.00. Hey! It isn't the best-quality briefcase I've ever seen BUT I didn't have to cough up hundreds of $$ to buy it either! For the $$$ price, I am delighted with my purchase and am SO happy I stumbled across Overstock.com on the 'net. Talk about answer to my prayers! I'm a briefcase guy. I don't want an over-the-shoulder-strap soft courier-type bag, I want a briefcase. I use mine in my car, on the front passenger seat as a sort-of desk that I can close up quickly and haul what I'm working on either into my office in the city or my office at home. Locking mechanism EASY to figure out when you locate and look at the directions sheet stuck down in the sleeve in the briefcase top. If this case lasts half the time my prior briefcase (that cost several hundred dollars) lasted, I'll be a happy camper! I'd defionitely recommend this case to other "briefcase types".

The clasp on one side broke the first time I tried to open and close it. No instructions included on how to lock and unlock case. Cheap leather did not appear durable. Arrived with a minor scratch. I reordered another brand known for quality, even though it was not my color choice, because of this experience.
