Pulled this out of the box and it was beautiful. Tried to pull it across my hardwood floor and it wouldn't budge. The wheels are too small and don't have enough elevation. I'd keep it if I could replace the wheels. Got it today - shipping it back tomorrow.

I bought this luggage set as a birthday present to myself. I've only used the medium size and on the first trip it was damaged. Not only did some of the threads around the zipper piping fray, but a hole was worn on the bottom. Why? Will if you don't roll up upright, on all four wheels, it may drag. The wheels aren't big enough or something. If you pull it at an angle like a regular two-wheeled suitcase, the fabric may drag on the sidewalk. This is what happened to me the first use, when my driver picking me up from the airport carried my bag. The underside ripped because it was heavy (I packed too much). Also, it really doesn't SPIN like I would have thought. It's hard to maneuver it in all directions. It should have the ability to be pushed or pulled in any direction on all four wheels. It looks good when it comes out of the box though.
