i just got the white one delivered today. i got it to replace my work bag for meetings and also a carry-on for flights, etc. While it is smaller than the fake leather one I'm replacing (bad durability), which makes it work as a pocket book, it actually fits my iPhone perfectly in the side pocket, my camera in the other side pocket, and my tiny Sony Vaio laptop (with cords and mouse) in the main compartment and there is still room inside. I am very tempted to get it in a winter color! Final point: i was looking for a computer/work bag (i'm journalist.and PR consultant) that needed to look a little sophisticated and pulled together, yet be totally practical. this does the job. i am very happy with this bag.

I was disappointed with this bag, the leather is extremely thin. The picture and the description are mis-leading - they depict rich cow-hide, when it is actually quite flimsy and mis-shapen. It doesn't "stand" like in the photo, it collapses. The colour was true to the picture, unfortunately it's not enough to provide a positive review.

The purse looks very nice. The leather is good quality. The zipper however doesn't open as smoothly as it should. It could possibly jam if purse is over filled. Also, the purse is actually about an inch shorter in length. Overall it's nice looking but not big enough for what I need--so I will be returning it. But if your size, a nice selection.

I needed a new everyday purse, and this one's been a good choice. The leather is strong and soft, the stitching is well done, and the clasps on the side pockets are holding up well. There are two little pockets inside to hold a phone or a BlackBerry, and a zipper pocket in the side wall--the rest is open, and I actually prefer a few more separate pockets so I'm not pawing through all my junk at the bottom of the bag. My only wish is that the straps were a little longer--these are just too short for me to wear over my shoulder (though someone with thinner arms might be able to!). That said, it's comfortable to hang over an arm, it holds all my electronics, wallet, makeup, etc., and it's still relatively compact. It's a little slouchier than it looks in the picture, but not hobo-style, and the leather has a pebbly finish like saddle leather. This isn't a stop-and-stare bag, but it's attractive and useful.

The product states "sophisticated" but it isn't; product received had smaller handles; cheap leather that didn't even make an attempt to match the grain. Interior was flimsy. I purchased a Praque handbag at the same time and, though similar in $$, was much nicer with attention to detail. I ended up sending this 'shopper' back. PS - why its called a 'shopper' I have no idea. It isn't roomy at all.

I love this bag and use it daily. I really enjoy the side pockets to keep my cell phone readily available and not in the bottom of my bag. The roomy inside of the bag is great for my use. The only thing I would like to have would be straps that are a few inches longer.

I really loved this bag at first, it was the perfect size for me and looked great. I have owned the bag for just over 3 months when the screws (rivets) that hold the stap into the bag started coming out. Not a big deal the first few times because I figured out how to screw them back in, but it happened again and I was not able to fix it. Naturally the warranty has expired on the purse. The purse is not very useful without a strap. Very disappointed in this purchase.

My Amerileather Sophisticated Leather Shopper Tote Bag is just what I expected. The leather is soft and smells fresh and natural; not artificial. I love the color. I'm thinking about getting it in brown also. The size and shape are perfect. The two side pockets are a plus: I can keep everything organized. Did I mention the price is budget friendly? I looking forward to using my plush, burgundy leather purse for years to come.

I bought this for a friend of mine for her birthday and she says she loved it. It appears to be well made in time we will see.

The leather on this feels plasticky and cheap; leather started to peel off the handle and rim of the bag during the first three months of use. Avoid this.

This is a nice quality mid sized purse. It holds my netbook and leaves room for a wallet and a magazine. Fits nicely under your arm and is sturdy. I think it was a bit expensive for the size, but overall I am satisfied

Satisfied with the overall quality, design & leather...only drawback is the length of the strap...could be longer for flexability of movement.

I purchased the bag in the burgundy color. I'm very pleased with the purchase. The construction is solid. The bag is roomy without being too big. I also appreciate the side and interior pockets for keeping my purse items organized (cell phone, keys, chapstick).

I gave this bag 4 stars for the quality. It is a small tight bag. I was a little disappointed when I received it because I was expecting a medium to large tote. My fault for not paying closer attention to the dimensions. After some reluctance I carried the bag and was very pleased at how secretly roomy it is. I was able to fit everything from my tote including a pair of boots into this bag. I was not able to zip it but everything fit with wiggle room. I probably won't buy another but for what it's worth it's not bad at all.

I really like this pocketbook. The quality is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a mid size bag. I would have like it to be a little bit bigger but I now just carry less stuff around.

I bought this purse hoping it would beable to hold all my accessories.. and it does. =) it fits all i need and more.. and the side parts are big enough for my phone so no more serching. and its VERY easy to clean. i am very satified, i will prob get another one after this one wears out.

I love the purse. The pockets on the ends are just the right size for my cell phone, which is rather large. It is pretty roomy and fits my stuff well. The handles are smaller than the picture shows. But they work well. I would buy it again.

I thought the bag was more off a tote bag. When I received the item it was smaller than I hoped. I not loving this choice of a product!

It is light, soft leather bag,not big but with room for many things. I like the style and color.My friends too

this purse looked very nice in the picture, but when i got it the leather looked very cheap. the straps are very short,I'm a small women and i could not fit it comfortable on my shoulder, so i returned it which cost 8.00 to much,i was very disappointed.
