After looking for a backpack that also looked nice as a purse, I settled on this one. It holds everything I need it to without looking too big and bulky. The interior is one big space with a good size zipper pocket against the inside back wall. there are also two zipper pockets on the sides (that I keep my phone, iPod and keys in) and a good size front pocket. Everything gets evenly distributed. It's heavy for a purse, but once it's on my back, it's not bad. It didn't occur to me until after I got it that it being leather starts it off weighing 4 pounds empty. It's something to consider, but it's very beautiful - soft leather - and I love it.

Overall, I like the backpack a lot. I ordered it for college, and it's roomy enough for my laptop, a couple books, a notebook, and other random stuff I have to carry around all day. It looks nice and is a high quality leather. My only complaint (why it got 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the straps are kind of thin, and are therefore uncomfortable if the bag is too heavy or if you have to carry it around for long periods of time. But since I mostly just carry it around campus between classes it works just fine. :)

My husband likes this gift but one of the zipper pulls broke as soon as he started using it.The metal actually broke. While it's a very large backpack and seemingly of an otherwise decent quality, when any part breaks on a brand new product, to me that makes it not worth the money I spent.

I am a college student, lugging multiple books between classes. This backpack is very roomy, stylish and durable. It is exactly what I was looking for!

I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to using it on my frequent trips back and forward across the globe.

I bought this backpack as a carry-on for international travel. I wanted something that would be comfortable to carry, and yet more stylish than the typical school backpack. I am very happy with it! I've already taken it to Paris and London, and it held up well. It has tons of room inside with one very large compartment.

The backpack was a Christmas gift for my 19 year old granddaughter who is a college student. She was quite pleased with the roominess of the bag and the look and feel of it. She is sure to get a lot of use from this bag.

This is an excellent looking bag, it's just the right size to hold a few books or a laptop and some other supplies. The front pocket has tabs for things like credit/business cards, pens, cell phone/ipod. This was one of those items where due to the price, I was slightly skeptical as to how the quality would be, but once I received it, my worries were relived. I plan to keep this bag for a long time & take good care of it.

I am so glad I bought this bag! Very spacious, and can easily fit my 15'' laptop with tons of room to spare. The three outer pockets are spacious as well. I use this bag daily, which attests to it's durability. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was how quickly the finish has come off in some spots, however, it gives the pack an over all aged look, so I have decided to count that as a positive instead of a negative. I get compliments on it almost daily- it's very eye catching and it makes you look like you're about to go on an adventure! Very reasonably priced for the quality of the product.

This is a great product! It's quite large, made of quality leather and very sturdy. I highly recommend this product, especially if you are rough on your backpacks as it will holdup wonderfully!

It is a gift for someone so don't know how it would hold up but I did check it out carefully and its seems well made. The leather is soft and it is a nice size. IN fact I liked it to much I am tempted to switch my backpack that I have had and take this one :)

This bag makes true the saying "you get what you pay for". I was so disappointed when I opened the box. I got this for *** and it is truly a *** bag. The leather? is cheap, so much so it could be mistaken for pleather. The straps are thin and the hardware is thin and doesn't look durable. I'm returning this, no way I could give this as a xmas gift. Only good thing I have to say is that the size is nice and true to measurements on the site.
