So glad that I bought this bag! I get comments on it all the time. I use this bag for work and it is large enough to carry my laptop, notebook, folders, wallet, etc. It truly is timeless, as I scratch or bang the bag up it only looks better. The color is a really nice brown and the bag is very structured, so it's easy to stay organized. I really don't have anything negative to say about this bag, it's nice quality and perfect for school or work.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend for his birthday. He's in the doctoral program at my university and always has a lot of work to do. The briefcase that I purchased was amazing and he loved the beautiful color. He received many compliments and that made him extremely happy. Great Bag! and Good buy!!

I ordered the brown bag but it came in a light tan color. It was in good shape and came in a protection bag. I would have much rathered it been the color it appears on the picture.

I purchased 2 briefcases for my husband and this one is not quite as roomy as the other two buckle design. This one has a lovely tan color and he uses this briefcase when he wears brown.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend to replace a shapeless messenger bag he had. He loves it, and probably thought it was reaaally expensive. :) It looks like rich leather and feels very soft. I was pleased with the strap and its adjustable leather pad for more support. He can fit his lunch, a jacket or umbrella, newspaper (or kindle, etc.) and has nice small pockets for a cell phone, ipod and keys. I'm really happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that the clasps take some getting used to, and I hope they hold up. Since the shape is well constructed, you don't need to keep is clasped all the time though.

THE ORIGINAL AMERILEATHER SITE SELLS FOR 119 WHY IS THIS 40 DOLLARS MORE EXPENSIVE? IT DOESN"T MAKE SENSE. FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, THERES A 30 DOLLAR SHPPING FEE WHICH MEANS 70 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THATS ALMOST TWICE!

I am very happy with this bag. The only thing that I did not like initially (i've since gotten over it) was that the stitching was done in white thread. i would have preferred a stiching closer to the color of the leather. the clasps could be a little easier to open. I've received a lot of compliments so far.

I ordered the brown as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived within a week of ordering. The briefcase looks as good in person as it does on the site. I was astonished when I opened the box. It far exceeded my expectations. The smell of the leather hit my nose instantly. The briefcase even comes with a cloth storage bag for safe keeping when not in use. This speaks high quality and thoughtfulness in my book. My husband loves it and has gotten many compliments on it. I love the square shape of the bag. I'm basically pleased with this briefcase. It has the necessary dividers and compartments and looks good. I have two issues with it's design. The outside zipper compartment is extremely tight and difficult to get in and out of with any ease - I have large hands, so this may be just a personal problem., but when the zipper is completely open, it's still a tight squeeze. I recently scraped the back of my hand on the zipper! The outside straps and buckles would be better if they also had a snap system underneath so that they don't have to be unlatched every time to open the briefcase. I have seen this on other items and assumed this was the case with this one, but was not able to determine this fully from the online photo. Because I'm on a subway daily, this sometimes presents a "struggle" in order to open and close it while standing.

My husband, for whom this was a gift, really was impressed with the briefcase. The color was good and he immediately changed from the old to the new. I bought the briefcase for my dad's birthday. He absolutely loved it! I saw no defects with this product. He's had it for over a month and it's still holding very well.

I didn't say "wow" when I opened the box. I was hoping for a less "earthy" or grainy looking texture. This seems a bit more masculine than what I was looking for. That being said, it is very handsome, sturdy and expensive looking. I find that the buckles to open are a little awkward, but I think I will get used to that with time. Note that there is plenty of room for a laptop, but I have a 19" laptop so it does not fit. I will just use this for transporting files and work papers.

This is a nice fully leather bag. The workmanship, though, leaves a little to be desired. The leather itself is fine enough, but small details get in the way of it being a great quality bag. On mine, the strap clasps broke almost immediately. The strap had a tendency to snap on the spinning clasp, creating tension and torque on it. Over a short time, this caused the strap clasp to fail. The buckles on the front of the bag haev also come off, requiring me to fix them with a mini-screw driver. Other small details, like unfinished seems (uncut excess threads, or frayed leather edging) keep this bag from looking finer. All that said, though, the bag is a reasonable price. From a few feet away, these defects are not noticeable (strap issues aside). I still consider it a good value.

Love the breifcase and matching garment bag I purchased for my hubby's b-day, but a month into using the breifcase it the connectors to the strap broke. Returned the bag for a duplicate and not a year later the same thing happen. So I called O.CO and they gave me a credit so I can reorder another breifacse for my hubby (maybe not the same one) but will order another. Love the service. Thanks O.CO.
