This seems to be a well made briefcase at a reasonable price. It has quite a few handy compartments and is attractive. It would be nice if it had an exterior cell phone pouch, but I can't seem to find one with that feature anywhere. A good buy.

We purchashed this in September. The strap is falling apart and the clip has broken. It says it is leather, but it is just wrapped in a very thin layer and so it peels apart and falls off easily. The space is good, but the wear and tear is HORRIBLE!!

It's roomy without looking bulky, and well constructed. Good quality leather and sturdy zippers. The padded nylon laptop sleeve and travel case are a definite bonus. Great product for a good price.

I bought this because of the great reveiws it got and the fact that it had tons of pockets/compartments, BIG mistake! I've only had it a few weeks and the leather is already starting to peel off! I travel a lot for work and was looking for something that would stand up to being stuffed under airplane seats and I only used the bag for one trip and the leather is peeling off and the yellowish color underneath is not attractive. I would NOT recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality product!

I've had this briefcase for 6 years now and use it for extended business trips about 6 times a year. For the money it has been very servicable. However, the carry handles are beginning to spilt where they're sown to the case and tear away from the case. The shoulder strap clip broke after about 10 business trips (I was able to have it repaired) and now the shoulder strap seams are beginning to shred and split, so time for a new one. If you're a daily user the case handles and shoulder strap may wear out sooner.As far as space goes, this has plenty and will take a large laptop. I've jammed everything I need into this case, files, laptop, brochures, notebook, books, PDA, cell phone, GPA, wallet, a bottle of water and even a small purse at times and the zippers have held up just fine. The front pockets are roomy, but don't have a lot of organizer slots, so sometimes I have to search for things. When it's not jammed full, the file compartment collapes down a bit and the case appears slimmer. The only thing i wished this had was strap on the back to slide it over a roling luggage handle, so I won't be buying another one.

This product has so many pockets, zippers and compartments, it will take a while to get used to. What is helpful are the 4 outside pockets - a key ring inside one is very handy, though I wish it was of a heavier gauge metal. The inside of the case, with its dividers, makes the bag rather bulky and unwieldy - even with the protective laptop cover removed, the case is still a little too large for general work use. What might have made this product better is if the dividers were removable also, making the bag slimmer, or perhaps one side of the bag could be expandable = rather than carrying the bulk, it would help to decrease its bulkiness

This product is very well designed. It is the best business case I have ever had and I have owned about a dozen of them. I would not change it in any way.

I needed a bag that would fit my 17" laptop and a few files I carry around. My laptop totally fits and so do the files without feeling like you've just jammed everything into the bag. It has tons of pockets, I actually thought "what am I supposed to put in all of these pockets?" The laptop sleeve is great protection for your laptop, and it's removable so if you don't needed it or want to use it no worries there is still good padding in the bag to protect your laptop. The shoulder strap and handles are super comfortable. If you are concerned that you may be getting a cheap bag, don't worry. I was going to buy a $275 Tumi bag that was almost exactly the same as this one, so when you consider how much you can save, this one is definitely worth it! This bag is great and I recommend it to anyone who is looking.

Nice leather briefcase with plenty of pockets. Holds lots of your stuff. Only problem was the metal clasp holding the shoulder strap pulled apart but a pair of pliars took care of that. A month into its use, it's wearing well. Overall, an excellent value.

It is very durable and has a lot of room. It can hold a laptop and many notebooks. Plus, it looks great! It was a great value! I love it!

I bought this bag to replace the bag that my husband had that was falling apart. I was extremely impressed when I got it. First off, there are plenty of pockets for things all over. It also has a laptop sleeve that is convenient. The detachable carry strap is very padded. This comes in handy when traveling in airports. Overall, this was a really nice bag. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fairly light durable leather bag. Great bag for the money!

This piece looked just like my old London Fog Briefcase from the pictures, but it turns out it is just a knockoff. This wasn't as big as I thought it would be. My London Fog briefcase had a zipper that would expand the capacity about 50%. This case is just too small for my needs.

Product came in perfect shape and was exactly as stated. Good value for the cost. Soft leather and exactly what we had been shopping for.

Our son is in a wheelchair and goes to college. The regular backpack that he used would always fall off when he went through a door. This is much wider and usually stays on when he goes through the door, but it also holds all his books. Great bag.
