I bought this set, becaseu of its price and becasue it's black, but it is poorly made. I have owned it for a little over one month now and am having some problems. The left wheel on the large piece broke off when I arrived at JFK. The axle on the wheel snapped and I'm not too sure if it can be fixed. The zipper pulls came off here and there. It's just not durable.

This is a wonderful luggage set! Was handled by baggage handlers at two airports and two shuttle services. No problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this luggage set to anyone & have done so all ready. Plan on using it for years. All most didn't buy it based on another reviewers comments, very glad I didn't listen.

The zippers are pathetic. The expansion zipper on the large bag came off the track on the first use. Several of the zipper pulls are gone from the uprights after only 1-2 trips. I am wondering how to use the warranty! I expected a lot better quality.

I ordered this set thinking that it would have been durable enough for my travel last week. The first trip on which I used it, the baggage handlers bent the pull-out handle mechanism. I finally forced it out and bent it back into position so it worked if you pulled hard enough. The interior is very basic. No organizations whatsoever. I already see loose thread on the seams in the back. It may still be good for one more trip. Wish me luck!

if your taking a regular short trip where u handle your luggage your self all thru the trip, its a great set, but i was not even half way thru my trip yet when they were all bent out of shape and busted, but still i do like the set and would recommend if you will be handling it your self, it can take damage but not alot...

It was unfortunate, but the first time we used the luggage the main zippers broke on the largest and the medium pieces at the airport while they were checking the contents!! TSA was unable to close it again, so they had to use tape to secure the bag.

I looked around online awhile for luggage, and I knew these were the ones I had to have when I first saw the price, quality and appearance. I was extremely pleased when I received them 2-3 days after I ordered them, and they looked so handsome, so impressive, I was delighted with my choice, very satisfied. I love this luggage! I like the feel of the outer material, really durable....I bought two sets and would buy many more sets in the future for myself and for family gifts. They look very classic and expensive for one of the very best priced sets I found. Better than Wally's luggage. With a teensy delivery fee. I can use all the pieces in my daily life routine too. Can load things into the car, push files to an office, I want more sets for storing my musical equipment and songbooks and etc. Buy these as gifts for your older teens and college age kids travel excursions.
