This was probably the worst online purchase I've ever made. We took it on a plane trip, and it didn't stand up to the normal baggage handling. When we got home, the frame was bent in three places and the wheels were so out of kilter that it wouldn't roll. I would avoid this product at all costs.

Three kids who like to assist int he packing and/or unpacking process. Inevitably thinkgs end up in there twice. So the extra room and along with the manuverablity make this a super seleection for out family

We fly internationally from NY to Bangkok, and this is the perfect piece to pack especially if you have no weight limit. We use it for car trips too, which is easy to travel! There isn't a simpler way to get from place to place with the spinning wheels and the bending handle. We wouldn't travel any other way! This is perfect for those of us who like to bring it all.

We loved this when we got it, but the first time we used it, it got banged up pretty good. Granted, we went through the Kabul airport, which can be rough on luggage, but this one faired worse than cheap duffels we'd been using before getting this. It's also too large. We went overweight with this one at least twice. That was a real problem when we couldn't pay for the overweight, but had to actually reduce the weight - tough to do while at the airport. It's also difficult for strong grown men to pick up. We're not planning to use it anymore.
