I used this bag once and it fell apart upon being checked one time. The base literally fell off. It also does not stand up without being propped against a wall - very frustrating for a busy traveler. If it was not so hard to return such a big item, I would definitely get my money back. I definitely do not recommend this product to anyone. I am now using my old bag which I have had for 10 years with no problems

I have order this as a gift for a friend. She really liked the bag. The only problem was the button on the front of the bag was loose or broken... I'm not sure. I think she should be the one to do this review... I did forward to her. I think over all it is a good product, maybe do away with the button. Thank you, Mary Iaffaldano
