I have used this luggage on 2 long trips, once to Hawaii and on a tour through Italy. It survived all the handing involved without a scratch. The only problem with it is it is difficult to find a large enough space to open it, as it opens with equal amounts of clothing on each side of the case, unlike a traditional suitcase. But, I still love it. The purple color makes it easy to spot at Baggage Claim!

I bought two of these suitcases a few months ago to replace another set of much larger suitcases. I wanted suitcases in the 22-inch size to be able to carry these on an airplane rather than pay to check a bag. My husband and I have used these on 4 road trips in the last 5 months, no airline trips as yet. These are lightweight (even when full) and durable. I like that I get the benefits of both hard sided and soft sided luggage (hence the "Hybrid" label) The back is the hard side and the pockets in soft front allows access to items that might be needed instead of having to open the entire suitcase like traditional hard sided luggage. The wheels roll smoothly, allowing the suitcase to roll over a variety of surfaces. The only surface that is somewhat difficult is very plush carpet. However, the suitcase can be tilted back like the two wheel model suitcases, making it much easier to maneuver. The large front pocket holds my 13" Mac Book Pro (but not in a padded case), with an additional sleeve for my iPad mini. Both my husband and I love the coat keeper feature that is nestled in the smaller front pocket. There is also a porter key, but I have yet to find a use for this. This smaller pocket is a generous size. The adjustable handle has multiple heights and works smoothly. There are two padded handle grips, on the top and side, and a webbed handle on the bottom, which makes it easy to lift with two hands to place on a horizontal surface. The case opens up to two similar size compartments. One is separated by a zippered mesh panel that can be rolled up out of the way and secured with two loops and toggles. The other half has a mesh panel that is secured by loops and snaps in the four corners (and can also be tightened up to secure the contents). This panel can be removed and secured to the front of the suitcase to hold something else. This was another feature that attracted me to this particular model. This suitcase also expands, although if it is that full, it might prevent this from being used as a carryon. Eagle Creek products are well made and I like their lifetime warranty. Overstock.com offered this in the black and olive color, but Eagle Creek also offers this in a beautiful slate blue which would have been my first choice. However, they are $330 each on Eagle Creek's website so being able to save over 50% on Overstock.com trumped my color preference. We really like these suitcases and the price makes us like them even better.

Lightweight, LOTS of room, and easy to maneuver! We are in our sixties and travel back and forth to Chicago a lot to see our grands and needed a larger, lighter weight suitcase to go up and down the 3 flights of stairs at our daughter's condo. Now I can pack all those treats for the kids in one place instead of so many shoulder bags. We have 3 other smaller pieces of this luggage and so far, love it. Fairly new and hasn't passed the test of time but expecting no problems. We fly and also drive. Great luggage for both.

This bag is so roomy and all of the pockets make organization simple. I purchased this luggage with having wheels as a priority.

I would give 5+ out of 5 stars for the suitcase alone. See down below for more on that. The only problem here is that the description and pics mislead you to believe this is a "22 inch" but what you receive is the Lojel box itself printed "18 inch case" in clear bold title all over. It is the smallest suitcase ever seen, tinier than most of my tote bags, purses and definitely smaller than men's duffels.. The stock photos of relative size are included in ALL sizes of this model with the same hot pink case shown half filled with shoes and clothing. That photo DOES NOT belong in this item description, that is the overstock "26 inch" model = what Lojel titles as "22 inch model". I wanted to return it feeling I'd been ripped off by deliberate false advertising. But... The moment I peeked inside the box I was smitten. The false down- sizing is the only disappointment you'll ever have with this suitcase. It is amazingly light and SURPRISINGLY durable (no matter how much you stuff it, it still easily zips closed with no signs of stress). And it still always seems so light, no matter how full it is. In fact I realized I could do with this tiny bag just as well as the larger size it was supposed to have come in. Thus I've kept it and am happier than any of my high end carry ons.

It's a well designed 20-inches suitcase, very suitable for short-term trip. It's light and good looking. The only problem is that there is no lock on the case, so I had to buy one. It will be great if there is a password lock on that, for which I would like to pay a little bit more.

I bought these travel bags to get the smaller roll around for carry on and the even smaller personal item carry on bag because the measurements fit for both the airlines I flew on. This has become important since airlines charge you now for check-ins (no matter how small and light the price is the same with in limits) except when travelling over seas (if your lucky). The even smaller bags also come in handy for dirty laundry, toiletries and medicines. The 2 large bags will replace my 2 hard suite cases which add a lot of weight before anything is in them. As far as complaints by others, I found no bad smells at all on any of the luggage. When I unzipped the smallest roll around to get that extra 1-2" girth it does tend to tip over when the handle is extended and you stop holding it up. Finally, I can see how these will wear out. They are fabric and will get tossed, dragged, and slid about by everyone handling them. But they seam to be fairly heavy duty fabric. If we want perfection we must wait for such bags to be made of Kevlar. I have the hard case variety and they do not help much as far as keeping your close unwrinkled or you new souvenir coffee mug handle from breaking off on the way home. The only issues I've found so far are, one zipper came with a missing pull, which makes it useless except that most zippers on the bags open from both ends so there IS one that works. The second issue is the zippers get sticky once in a while which is very common with zippers. Unfortunately, I have found that these are the most common problems with zippers leading them to completely break when your forced to force them open or closed. The final issue is one I find common on roll around luggage so I don't really blame these bags in particular. The strap to hold other luggage is annoyingly short at almost useless because it does not hold the bag on the top. It, instead makes the bag hang insecurely off the back so the roll around is off balanced and will often tip the hole thing sideways while your walking along, especially when maneuvering, taking turns and getting on elevators, escalators, and so on. I hope this helps others. I would have given it a five Star as almost all of my issues are common on luggage but I don't expect a zipper pull to be missing when the shipment arrives. Best Regards, Paul *******
