Returned it the same day, and glad to have this garbage out of my house! First, I'm a tall woman and can wear a large-face watch with a wide bracelet. What I don't have is wrists the size of a body-builder's thighs ... nor patience with high-priced items that look like Walmart $10 specials. The "goldtone" supposedly "base metal" links look and feel like a bad spray paint job on resin. The links are also each so large that removing one would leave the bracelet still too long for my wrist, so the watch would have constantly slipped around, and removing a second would have made the bracelet too small. I figured that out by measuring carefully rather than actually removing any sizing links because the sizing-link connectors apparently couldn't be removed without breaking them. Even if removing one or two sizing links would have made for a perfect fit, no actual "jewelry' clasp was in the packaging. The product picture seemed to show a jewelry-style fold-over clasp similar to the little metal links holding the sizing links together, but there was no such thing. This brand isn't just one you've never heard of. It's one you'll wish you'd never heard of if you purchase one of their products.

Just received my watch! It's beautiful! Good weight to it. Fits my 6 inch wrist with enough play for comfort. The face and numbers are rather small, but show up well. The fold-over clasp is easy to use. Looks much more expensive than the Overstock price. More than worth the money!

Such a fun fashionable watch to wear. Not many out there that are like this one. The band is part silicone which is comfortable and cleans easily and part metal links. It features a fold over clasp which secures tightly. The face is surrounded with rhinestones which add some sparkle and formality to it.

I bought this watch to wear on dressy occasions. It is very striking and unsual with a black face and band. The gold leaves are a nice touch. I've received several complements when I wear it. The one feature I didn't care for is the gold expandable band. It would have been a better design using a black bracelet band with a fold-over clasp.

This is a very simple yet elegant looking watch. The main thing I was looking for was a watch that had a completely adjustable band. However, I did not want a stretch expansion band nor a buckle band. The closure on this watch is called many things and was rather difficult to research and find. It has a metal clasp that is totally adjustable and can slide to any size necessary. Some sites call the clasp a fold over hook others call it a sliding adjustable clasp. The watch looks even better than pictured. The only thing I was concerned about was how the metal mesh band would feel on the wrist. I didn't know if it would be stiff or not. I was very pleased to find that it is a very thin yet strong band that is extremely comfortable and very flexible. I like the look and feel of this watch. It is something I will wear all the time.

very elegant and eye catching watch. Comfortable and easy clasp to open. Diamonds are great and just enough without being over the top.

I received this watch as a gift. I knew it was cheap knock-off of a Michael Kors watch and that it wouldn't be the best quality available. It looked good. Unless you looked very closely at it, it's styling was impressive and beautiful. However, the fold-over clasp barely stays closed. It comes undone easily, at the slightest touch. Just bending your wrist releases it, and the watch nearly falls off. After wearing it 15 or so times as an occasional watch, it broke. I moved my hand and all the sudden the link broke and it flung across the room. It looks like the tiny pins that hold each of the links on came undone. It broke so suddenly I've never been able to find link or pin. It's sad because I loved the styling of this watch. I know you get what you pay for, but for the this price, you should get a higher quality. I might try another of this brands watches, but only if I bought a leather strap one. These links are extremely poorly made and all of their link-style watches seem to share the same type.

The actual size of the face is a little smaller than I thought I was getting, but over-all it is cute and I do wear it. I did have a problem with it staying clasped-had that fixed, now, works great!!

I purchased this watch in the Rose Gold color. I get numerous compliments when I wear the watch. Sometimes difficult to put on as the chain twists. I just leave it clasped and pull it on over my hand...works just fine.

Bought this for my elderly Mom thinking she would have a nicer watch with a clear face. Not quite as clear as shown. Very heavy watch face and bracelet is light. Strange 4 way folding clasp unsuitable for elderly. Metal band wasn't great quality but was OK. All in all, very pretty but not what expected. Hated the packaging. Cheap, cheap. Would have been embarrassed to give as a gift. Box from China and showed all of that quality...or lack thereof. Returning and still shopping.

For $375 retail, I was honestly expecting better quality. The folding stainless steel portion of the clasp was quite thin and cheap in appearance. My fiance had ordered this watch online from another company for less than the Overstock price - when I received the watch it looked so cheap that I thought it was counterfeit. I ordered one from Overstock for comparison but the quality was the same. My Invicta watch appears sturdier and more well made than the Citizen. I sent it back.

I bought this watch over a year ago and it has held up wonderfully. I have a lot of marcasite jewelry and this watch looks great with it. It's nice and light, and has a removable extension clasp. I get lots of compliments on it. I've been very pleased with it - it's a great value and would highly recommend it.

The clasp broke less than 2 months after received in the mail. There is no warranty without purchasing the additional insurance. I've never had such a high end watch break so fast with no coverage. I've had a Citizen watch for over 4 years and I've never had a problem with it. Do not buy this watch...or prepare to pay repair fees. Overstock was not helpful.

Classy looking watch, great for work and dressy casual. Not formal due to the mesh strap. I chose it for this look and I wanted black. I will keep it for the look but am not totally happy. I returned the first one because the clasp would not open. I got another and still had trouble opening the clasp. It's vey tight but it ultimately opened it and it works. The band was too big so I followed instruction to move the clasp to adjust it to the smallest notch. The band really is way too long for a woman's watch. I do not have a small wrist, I'd say medium frame, but the only way I can wear it is pushed up a bit on my forearm. I am also left with a long piece of mesh band that sits there, hidden but unnecessary. I have a Skogen watch with a mesh band that adjusts the same way and this is not the case. The band is such that it can be adjusted to fit a woman even smaller than me and there is not so much surplus band left over. I'm guessing it's why this Fjord watch is on Overstock.

I have been waering this watch daily for well over a year and it has held up perfectly! The points the other reviewer made are correct: stem unscrews and minute dial rotates....I thought it was a little large/heavy initially but since getting the band sized and wearing it you quickly realize it's not. The clasp is strong...it will definitly not open unintentionally as some of my other ceramic watches have. I get compliments regularly on it...love the pink..it has more character than white!

I purchased this watch in August. I loved the look. It is beautiful, but the clasp would not stay closed. I kept re-fastening it which was not enough for me to return it because I thought it was so pretty. Then it stopped working. So, I made another excuse thinking it had been sitting around a warehouse for a year or so and needed a new battery. $10 later of buying a battery for my NEW watch for my over $100 watch and it still does not work! So, I'm back to wearing my $25 Relic White watch that I bought at Kohl's 2 years ago that is still working. Frustrated!

To be fair, I should start by saying that I might just be the ONE unfortunate customer to have to go through this but... My watch came with a defective clasp (one side will not close properly). Needless to say, I couldn't return it to overstock because it would have cost me more money ( restocking fee, and an inspection fee... easily over $)on top of what I already paid. Now I know what you are thinking: "the watch has a warranty!" Yes, it does. But what you may not know it that while the warranty is genuine, the shipping price TO AND FROM the manufacture [$20] is ridiculous! and must be payed by you, yes you, the customer. I guess after paying so much for the watch $20 more doesn't sound so bad to some but to me that is TWENTY DOLLARS MORE than I intended to pay. And, if I may add, the watch looks very nice but, when you hold it in your hand, the links feels pretty cheap and the some of the stones aren't as nice as i would like them to be... Its a lot of money to put out for a watch (even if it is valued at $800+) but it really doesn't meet the quality standard for what it is said to be worth (in my opinion)
