I love the earrings, but sorry to say I had to send them back twice because your company sent these post earrings in an envelope and not a box so that the posts were received once broken entirely off and the second time they were bent flat. After the second set were received broken,, with much regret, I asked for my money back. I'm saddened that absolutely no care or training was taken on how to package earrings that are just stuck through a paper card should be packaged. I love the earrings but you lost my confidence in re-ordering them again since I told the person handling the return to specify shipment in a box inside the envelope.
