Bright white pearls with great luster. Only one of mine had a severe defect (a large rough blister) but the others were acceptably off-round with minor flaws and no dull areas. For the quality and the silver clasp, the price is definitely right. But maybe because these are inexpensive, the workmanship leaves something to be desired. All pearls are knotted tightly because they loosen up, but these were knotted so tightly that the entire strand was zigzagged! It was so bad I almost considered sending them back. I decided to gently pull the pearls apart between each knot just enough to loosen the strand but not so much as to leave gaps. This took about half an hour and then they were fine. Annoying, but it resolved the issue.
The pearls are really beautiful, they're my first strand (and first time on Overstock) and after reading about pearls I was worried that they might be misshapen or lack luster, but they're really nice for the price! On my neck they look nearly perfectly round and only on close examination can you tell there are very small variations (as you would expect with something natural). The color is also very white and perfectly matched. Good deal.
This is a piece with presence! Substantial, smooth, beautiful in color. It would be a good deal at a higher price!
Bought these for my wife's birthday. She was VERY happy with the necklace. It looks much better than the picture and is way better than anything the department stores are offering, even at twice the price. You can't go wrong with theee beauties.

I got these pearls for my mother. She broke her last strand and I wanted her to have something really nice. They weren't too expensive. I love them and does she.
