Excellent product, new wife is ecstatic with her new wedding band!
I originally purchased this ring to wear for special occasions. However, since I received it, it has become my new signature piece. I thought the image looked great, but when I saw the actual product in person, I was blown away by how it looked. It has a classic look and an impressive size, without being an over the top attention grabber. I receive compliments on it all the time, and I am so glad I purchased it.
I shopped the big box stores and the product was the same but o.co had better pricing. I found a new ring store ::))
I am thrilled with this purchase! The quality seems excellent and it goes perfectly with my plain band wedding ring. I certainly give this product a 5 star rating!
The only comment I would have is be careful when ordering from Overstock if you use the wish list. I had on the wish list a size 13 but found I needed a size 10. I went in and reordered the product in a size 10 but they mailed out the 13 that was on my wish list instead of the new order. Otherwise, I received the product in good time and it is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. I would order again and from this company with the knowledge of their ways of processing.
I got this ring for my now husband as a work wedding ring. He absolutely loves it and gets tons of compliments on it for its unique-ness and color! Its so nice he hated to use it for work (he works as a mechanic) but it has held up nicely and still looks great and he has wore the ring for over 8 months now! Nice product and tungsten is great for not smashing fingers because if it does get hit hard, it will shatter and NOT bend or crush fingers. That was a must for us considering his line of work! Excellent product and price!
I recently lost my wedding band, but still had my engagement ring. I ordered two of the channel bands after reading the reviews and several people commented the bands were thin. I was very pleased when I received the bands. The diamonds are great and the rings are very impressive. I love the new look I created with my old band. Thank you Overstock for maintaining the quality in your products. My husband thought I had gone to a jewelry store and ordered the bands. This ring was purchased for my fiancé for his wedding band. We had sizing issues and we had to return it three times. Customer services is excellent at Overstock.com they replaced the ring with no difficulties each time. I am a customer service representative my self and I know what to expect and how to treat a customer. I cannot help but tell anyone who will listen how wonderful Overstocks’ customer service representatives are and how easy they take care of your product needs. This ring is gorgeous when out of the box the pictures does not do it justice which was a surprise, it looked better in person. Most of the time one is disappointed by advertising. The ring is new to us so I cannot give a report on the wear and tear of it however, we did purchase the warranty plan for 4 years so I am not worried about issues as I know oOverstocks warranty will cover those needs. Kudos to Overstock.com
I was very satisfied with the product. It was beautiful in the picture...and even better when I got it. For the amount of money I paid for the product...I felt the shipping should have been free....including the faster shipping which I had to pay extra for. I also called a couple of times to find out when it would arrive and got different answers from different people...which happens a lot nowadays...and I personally feel that is a training new employees issue. I don't believe most companies train their employees well enough! Also...when you purchase something on the weekend ....explain..if those count as business days or not. Don't assume that we all know how your operation work. We don't. Other than those type of frustrations and having to go through passwords, etc. to even write this review (silly I think)..then I was very satisfied. The product is wonderful..and it should be for what I paid. (lol) Thanks. .
