no manual
VERIFIED PURCHASECan't really give a good or bad review on this watch. I ordered this for my son lives 1500 miles away, when the watch was delivered it came with no manual. First time I used Overstock not a very good start on their part. called Overstock said it would be 1-2 days before I hear from their parts Dept. So it is no I would not recommend this at this time

Nice watch
VERIFIED PURCHASEThis was a nice addition to my watch collection. Like most people I don't have the money to spend on Tags, Omegas Rolexes and the like but it's still nice to have different watches. The face and the leather band really are nice and the $xxxx plus I spent on this watch was well worth it. Accurate time, good looks and a great price. Shipping was great, both price and time for delivery.

Let the old times come back
VERIFIED PURCHASEA very solid and decent made time piece. It has to be manually wound up, so do not forget to do it every day, in the very morning, or late in the evening. You have to create a habit, otherwise it will stop working after 30 hours or so. It reasonably keeps good time, mine loses about a minute a week, which is alright for this class of product. 100 years ago this would have been an Omega or Schaffhausen, today it's just an "original" Chinese product. Nevertheless, it looks good and will probably last some time, if properly cared. As with all mechanical watches, be cautious: it is not shock proof - don't drop it, and its not anti-magnetic, so careful around those speakers.

One of my finest watches
I have several Stuhrlings and this is the best--best looking, best functioning, best everything. In fact, out of my collection of 50 or so watches--some pretty *** expensive automatics and the like--this might be my favorite. I just love this watch, and it's my opinion that Stuhrling makes the best watches for the money in the world, whatever the brand, Rolex, Omega, Zenith, don't care. For the prices of Stuhrlings, those other brands can't compete. Stuhrling is the average person's Rolex. And while I don't have a Rolex, I'd bet this watch keeps time just as well and probably does a few more things the Rolex doesn't, or can't do. And when it comes to design, Rolex and the others simply can't compete. That's not true of EVERY Stuhrling, some of which are pretty far out there design-wise (a few of them downright plug ugly), but it's true of the Phoenix, as well as the Raven Diablo series and a couple other Stuhrling lines, including basic divers. I just keep picking up Stuhrlings everywhere I go online, because prices are so good for what one gets, very often some of the best Swiss-made movements. I don't think I could rate a brand any higher than I just have.

VERIFIED PURCHASEI love my new auto winder. Works great with my Rolex and Omega on the same setting. Besure you have a place to plug in, 4 C batteries lasted less than a week. Other than that, great unit. Well made and looks great.

Beautiful Watch -- But Huge!
VERIFIED PURCHASEI'm a woman, but I enjoy wearing men's watches (I'm 5 ft. 5, 130 pounds with an athletic build). While this is a beautiful watch, its face is pretty big. Compared to Omega Constellation or Tissot stonewatch, the difference in size is quite noticeable. Also, since the wrist band is made of leather, I've had to have two additional holes put in. One more thing -- you need to wind it up or keep wearing it all the time; otherwise, the watch stops. Other than that, though, it's a beautiful watch. If you're looking for a true luxury watch, this isn't the right watch for you. But if you want a beautiful and functional watch, look no further. I've received many compliments.
