Customer Reviews
This watch is what I expected when I ordered it. It's a good solid watch. I like the fact it has the day in the date at 3 O'clock. Case is solid. Setting date day and number is easy. Instructions are provided. Keeps accurate time so far. Finally I like the indiglo feature makes it easy to read the time at night.
I like the features, and the way it keeps perfect time.
I purchased this watch for my husband 5 years ago, and it was on its' last turn. He loved this watch and I was so thrilled to find the exact one, with an updated band that he really likes. Delivered quick and the price was great.
I like this watch very much. It is similar to one that I bought on Overstock a few years back. That one has a velcro sport strap; this one being reviewed has a traditional strap with buckle-type closure. Slimmer than the velcro, but a little less convenient to put on and off. Both watches have the Calendar feature; the older watch's calendar was extremely difficult to read; it did not have the Day display. This watch features both Day and Date (number) with a larger window, characters, so it is much easier to read. I have no idea what the outer bezel that rotates is or its use(s). I would prefer the watch without this big ring -- makes the watch larger, without any useful function. The only thing I would change is the color of the Hands -- they are almost the same color as the Face and are hard to see sometimes. These watches have proven to be very tough and reliable. The other watch had a separate button to activate the Indiglo feature and it tended to be pushed by accident, running that battery down. The Indiglo feature in this watch is activated by pushing the main stem in, and this stem is recessed, so battery wear-down is less apt to happen. Overall, it is a good value.

Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but if you want a good cheap watch that tells time in adverse conditions and at night this is a solid choice. Just got back form a one week trip to Central America where I wore it exclusively almost the entire time. Surfing, scuba, hiking....it held up to the salt water and dry heat nicely, but the leather is starting to wear. I would say if you don't beat on it like I did it would last a long time, but at this point I think the band may break down sooner due to the abuse. But again, for the price you really can't go wrong. Nothing flashy, it just works. If you want a watch that holds up and tells time at night this will work great for you. At least it has for me so far...
