watch face size larger than description on page
We complained to customer service about the fact that the face is larger than the description said b/c we could have purchased the watch for a couple hundred dollars cheaper on another site but we bought it here thinking the face would be a little smaller. The customer service people did refund us the difference which was nice, but they made it sound like they were doing US a favor when in fact the mistake was very much theirs. That was a little disappointing.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? the image looked the similar, a little difficult to see the stripes on the face in the image
- How accurate was the sizing? it was incorrect. it says the face is 37mm, but we think it's 43 mm
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Other than the mixup, the product is high quality - beautiful
