This is an absolutely gorgeous ring. The hand carved engraving on the sides and face are delicate and definitely picks up the light. It has a very vantage look but is also bold and sophisticated. We have had the ring appraised and its value is far more than what we paid. The diamonds in my ring checked out as VS1, G. For those that are concerned about authenticity it shipped straight from the Tacori factory in Glendale, Ca. I LOVE the ring! I shopped a Tacori Show while this ring was being shipped; the only one comparable at the show was three times as much for just the setting i.e. also without the center stone. If you decide to purchase this ring and your plan is to leave the CZ center in the setting don’t as the quality is very poor! However, don’t let this stop you from the purchase… everything else is perfect and every bit worth the purchase price; the picture on Overstock does not do it justice! Plan on this being a smart investment purchase and add the center diamond at your jeweler…you will have a very expensive ring for a fraction of the cost in the future.
