I've used my Suunto t1 for a couple weeks now, and, once I set up the personal stats section (which have default values-it hasn't already been set), this thing is really easy to use, light and I wear it as an everyday watch as well. It automatically finds my heart rate when I open the training screen, and the calorie counter seems accurate and has been a great way to track my short workouts. I was debating between this and the Suunto t3c, which has more details on workouts and a comfort belt. I'll probably get that one later, now that I've seen how easy it is to use; and it has the ability to see speed and distance if you add the foot pod ( or buy the running pack). Great watch!
I was disappointed by this product. When it arrived, I could tell that it had been used, as the height, weight, and age components were already set for the specifications of another woman. I have used other heart rate monitors before, and this one seems unnecessarily complicated. I was excited to use and try this product, but unfortunately, it disappointed.
