For the Labret, also referred to as a chin piercing, this barbell is tastefully styled. Each barbell features a crystal in the screw on ball. The size of these barbells is 14 gauge to 16 gauge. The inside disk, which cannot be removed, is completely smooth, and not too large to insure your comfort.

This labret is a little tricky because the flat end unscrews also and comes off easily. I cannot get it to stay together longer than few hours and it falls pout again...

this seems to be a good product and a good buy, however, I can't say for sure because it's kind of a gift and I have not worn it myself. That would be funny cause I'm an old farmer.
