Very disappointed.
My daughter had purchase this same watch for me as a Christmas gift. The winding mechanism in that watch failed within 2 weeks of receiving the watch. She returned the watch and then I placed another order for the same watch since I liked the style and truly wanted this type of watch. Well now the 2nd watch that I ordered myself has broken. The second hand has fallen off and is jammed in the workings of the watch causing it not to run. VERY disappointing for the price of these watches. I will not be ordering this watch again!

No more Stuhrling for us...
I received the Lady Montague skeleton watch as a Christmas gift from my husband. It is beautiful but doesn't keep accurate time. I can wind it in the morning and by lunch it is at least 5 minutes fast. Previously I had purchased my husband a Stuhrling skeleton watch and the kinetic mechanism broke after a few weeks of wear. Stuhrling's customer service is nothing to write home about either. Even though it was clearly a defective product they would not waive the $20 fee for warranty repair ("return shipping"). There will be no more Stuhrlings purchased from my household, I would recommend that you spend your money on a different brand.

Love it!
I love this watch!!! It looks just like the website depicted it and the watch band looks really durable. It will take a bit to get the band to really 'bend' around my wrist - it's still pretty stiff. The only downfall is that it is hard to twist the dial to wind the watch - I wish it was just a smidge bigger so that would be easier. Other than that I have no complaints about the watch. Love it!!!

Mesmerizing Watch
It is fascinating to watch the mechanical gears turn. This is a big watch, goes well with casual wear. It takes a little while to get into the habit of winding the watch; if you do not do it correctly the watch will stop running. Excellent time keeping. Overall, extremely satisfied.
