Stuhrling Original Women's 'Gatsby Girl' Crystal Watch

This watch is very pretty! It fits well and looks great on, the band is nice and the center part of the face is really as nice in person as it is in the picture. I love the quality and am very pleased with it. It did not come with instructions on how to use the clasp and so I called the company and the cs rep sent me to their site where they have a video of how to do it. Once I saw the video it was simple and I really like this kind of clasp, it's great. However the instructor in the video was a bit of a smart aleck saying the directions were in the box but he would go over them on the video anyway. That irked me, otherwise I love the watch!

I have several watches, most of them with round faces and stainless steel bands. I wanted something different and this is definitely what I was looking for. The mother of pearl face is beautiful and seems to change color with the light, varying from bluish grey to a dark olive grey. The leather band has a satin material on it that has a slight sheen to it. The clasp was initially a little tricky for me to figure out, since there are no instructions on how to open or close it, but once I did figure it out, it has been very easy to do. The crystals on the face and bezel are very nice, but not excessively "blingy." The watch has been keeping time well and is very easy to set. Overall, this is a versatile, classic timepiece that can be worn for everyday with something as simple as jeans and a nice top, as well as a formal occasion with a cocktail dress.
