With this day and age, it seems everyone is sporting a saucer plate with flashy stones attached to their wrist. I wanted to bring it back to the basics. I wanted a elegant watch that isn't screaming "Look what I have on my wrist!" Not to say people don't notice it. I've received many compliments. It is simple in design but isn't lacking. It is true to the design of being ultra slim. It works great with dress shirts by not getting caught up in the shirt's cuff. It looks slightly out place when not wearing a dress shirt. To me, this watch isn't trying to be flashy, but simple and classy. If you style is more along the lines of "James Bond" where the man wears the clothes and not visa versa; this watch is right up your alley.

This is the first watch I have owned which does not have a second hand. I thought I would miss it, but the watch is so light, masculine and accurate that I do not. I would strongly recommend to anyone desiring a slim watch.

I love my new watch. It's light; very sharp with casual or formal dress. It's simple, yet elegant. A nice throwback to yesterday's more simple time. I love this watch.

the winding / time setting wheel on this wristwatch has a diameter that is greater than the thickness of the watch, so this wheel is digging into your wrist all the time. this is uncomfortable, so i returned the watch.

This product has performed well during the relatively short period I have owned it. It keeps time and looks great !

The leather strap looks like plastic and it just felt cheap and crappy. I liked the look of it if it weren't for the leather strap. I have another Stuhrling watch and love it but I had to return this one.

I would definitely recommend this watch. It is very simple and very elegant. I have other watches that have multiple functions and I like the basic simplicity of the watch. I have received numerous positive comments about its appearance and I have not volunteered the price but have been amused at the guess of what it must have cost. I have revealed to close friends where I purchased the watch and they were surprised since I live in Manhattan and work three blocks away from the Diamond District.
