Stuhrling Original Men's Targa 24 Pro Chrono Watch

I have been collecing watches for many years and by far, this one has made the top on my favorites list. Upon ariving and openning the long black box I realized the type of watch I had purchased was a rarity. Classy and definitely my style. Blue and Silver are my colors and the fine details of the watch make it a very unique piece for my collection. For any man that wants a real watch, this is the one to get. I'm impressed and you will be too!!!

My fiance wears a watch every day to his physically demanding job. He refuses to spend more than $15-$20 on a watch bcuz they break all the time. I feel every man should have 1 truly nice watch, so for Christmas I started looking for that 1 truly nice watch to buy him. I went to O'stock (always the first place I look, and usually the last) and started my search for men's watches, sorting by favorable reviews first. Then I looked at the brands and pictures, then started reading the reviews, filtering out those written by women who bought the watch as a gift for their man. Sorry, ladies, but any man w/half a brain is going to tell you he loves the watch you got him, and we all think we have impeccable taste. I was leaning towards a Skagen, mainly because I'd heard of them before and, knowing a little about watches, knew they were a well-respected brand. And then I found this Stuhrling. Honestly, I'd never heard of Stuhrling--and neither has my brother or my bf's husband, both of whom are w/watches the way most women are w/shoes and handbags--but it looked to be a mid-range watch company w/good reviews across the board, and I liked the look of this particular watch. It has lots of dials and knobs and gadgets (which my man likes) but most importantly, it got 5 stars from all the reviewers, almost 100% being men. I gave it to him on Christmas Eve, and of course he told me that he loved it. What else was he going to say? But what made me know that I'd made the right decision, that he wasn't just telling me what I wanted to hear, was the way that the other men there--brothers, uncles, other male guests--all passed it around, examined it, checked the weight of it in their hand, and then nodded their approval to one another in that silent and uniquely masculine way. It needs to be adjusted, a few links removed, because the band is huge. This is a great watch for a big & tall dude. My guy is not, but any jeweler can remove some links right on the spot and it shouldn't cost alot of $. I'm very pleased w/this purchase, and I think he's going to really love it, and get alot of compliments on it, especially from guys who have an appreciation for very functional, heavy, well-made watches.

Truly impressive. This is an uptown timepiece with a downtown feel. It is both regal and functional. As a discriminating watch connoisseur, I spent a good amount of time comparing various brands of watches and features. The Targa 24 Pro was my final selection, with no disappointment. This is a "man's" watch that is sure to impress. Outstanding!
