Wow! Looks even better than the stock photos.
Very happy with this watch! Can't beat the price either (unless you're willing to risk buying from the auction sites). I read all the reviews after ordering, and I was a little worried about my charcoal color choice. I was ready to return it for a white one, until it showed up in the mail. Turns out, it looks great! Not hard to read at all. Just a little bit of light around will reflect off the shiny hands. Cool features: Slightly-spherical, sapphire crystal. Stop watch style chronograph (When you reset it, it's cool to watch it go back to the 12). Tachymeter markings on face (These are hard to read. No biggee.). It's comfortable. Textured face looks cool when the light reflects off of it (doesn't show in the photos). And a nice box to boot. It even smelled like new watch when I got it! One important thing to note. The crown must first be unscrewed and then pulled out. I almost grabbed pliers to set the time, but I then went to a jeweler (I had to size it anyway) who showed me about the water-proof crown (turny knob), originally designed by Rolex. He said it's a beautiful watch, and I got a good deal if I paid less than $200.

Don't trust the color as you see it!
Great watch. I bought it in with the white face and the grey. The white face was closer to silver. That watch I kept. This watch appears to have a very dark grey face, almost black. In reality the face is MUCH lighter. It is IMPOSSIBLE to even read the time. DO NOT BUY the grey one! Trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot read the time
I agree with the other review about not being able to read the time, I have to really look at it to see what the time is. I could not get some of the functions to work period. The brand is supposed to be swiss and 400 something dollars but everything says Japan on the watch and you can read the japan part on the face. There are other watches for same money that are better save yourself the shipping.

SWEET DeaL...HOT Watch!
My husband loves his new watch. The quality and style of this watch are fantastic. It was so easy for him to set the time and our local jewler made it simple to take off a link for size. I would recommend Lucien Piccard for style and Overstock for a great price!

A bit confusing at first
This watch as a lot of bells and whistles and is a bit complicated to learn at first. We had to bring it to a jewler to property set the time and date. But now we love it. Be aware that the color on this is a bit lighter than shown in the picture so you don't get that same "pop".

Nice looking, but the clasp doesn't hold!
The watch looks very nice, and it gets lots of compliments. It's not as big as I would have liked, but has a nice weight to it. The only negatives are the clasp, which I've had adjusted every few months (free at most jewelers, but a pain) and still comes loose and falls off regularly, and the lack of readability at night that everyone else mentioned as well. Definitely not worth the "full retail value" though, but compares well with other watches at Overstock's price!

Great price for a great watch
Very nice watch. A bit heavy but you get used to it. I'd agree that it's hard to read the time on the grey dial. Dial color definitely makes a difference. I'd go for the black or blue dial. Another feature that makes reading the time difficult is the chronograph second hand. It's a big hand, so when glancing at your watch quickly, you might confuse it for the minute hand. I'm not sure if the dial color would make up for that aspect of the watch. One feature I like is how the opening clasp is hidden on the inside. It makes the bracelet look unique. Overall, a great value and very impressive watch

i bought this watch for my boyfriend for an aniversary. He lovesss it... he never wore a watch before and now he wears this one everyday, its a great watch to buy for a guy who is just starting out with watches... this watch looks really classy and expensive but the only thing he complains about is that he cant tell the time in the dark, or that its hard to read at time. but he does really love the watch
