Very nice, inexpensive, non-Swiss watch
This is a very nice, inexpensive watch. Nice look, and feels solid and durable. Very inexpensive. My only complaint is that the company, which is based in Brooklyn, NY, and has only been around for a few years, feels the need to be deceptive by implying this watch is "Swiss Quartz ." I collect watches - running the price range gambit ($100 to $30,000) - and I can attest that there are plenty of nice-looking, quality watches that are inexpensive and/or not made in Switzerland. So be proud of Brooklyn, Stuhrling, and of your watches' own merits.

Eagle Pilot's Watch
This is a very unique looking wrist watch. It is similar in style to aviator watches made by IWC which cost $4,000, except of course they have Swiss made automatic movements. The orange numbers, batons, and triangle are quite distinctive, as is the air balloon crown mechanism. You can read the time on this watch from across the room. It has a Swiss Quartz Movement, which in watch language, means it was not made in Switzerland. However, for a quartz watch, this is quite a bargain, given it's design and obvious quality. I'm very happy with this purchase. Get one, if you like the European style pilot's watch.

Complimented all the time!
I have a friend who wears Hamilton's, Baume Marcier's, IWC, etc., and he spends a lot of money on really well crafted watches, generally automatics. Often when we are out and both sporting our watches, I constantly get complimented on mine over his. It drives him crazy. This is a great watch and I have had zero problems with it until now. Need to replace the battery. Owned for almost 3 years now. Definitely worth the price paid!

Bold Watch, Great Price
A big watch may not be for everyone, but I love this thing. It has the classic black and white colors, but the orange on the stitching and on the numbers is just bold and cool enough without looking obnoxious. Great buy!

Most Complimented Watch I've Ever Owned.
I've owned a Rolex and 2 Omegas, and while each cost thousands more than my STUHRLING, none of them get noticed like the STUHRLING. I don't know how many times a total stranger has asked "What kind of watch IS that?". They're blown away when I tell them how inexpensive it is.

Great watch, great value
This is a quality watch, beautifully crafted. It is on the larger side, but in the most tasteful way. The price of this watch is amazing for what it is....even the packaging is incredible!! when I opened the box...I could tell I was getting something good. I love this watch!! and will be getting another one in a different color. Love this, highly recommend.

Different (in a good way)
Before you buy this watch, check the measurements and make sure it will work for you because this watch is on the large side. This watch is simple but bold and beautiful. I love the fact that it's not the typical boring watch. I like the color and the markers at the 3,6,9 and 12 positions. The detailed stitching on the band complements this unique watch. Thanks Stuhrling, you guys really make beautiful timepieces. This is my third Stuhrling.

I purchased, good quality for the price, dont expect a 'heavy' watch, it's light, but note the right hand dial is really large, I returned, it stood out - literally -- if you're ok with that, then you should be ok with the watch
