I ordered this watch as I was looking for a nice tank style watch with a leather band for casual wear. I am tall and I like large face watches but nothing comical looking. This watch is beautiful, comes with 2 yr warranty (if you leave comments on the warranty card), and has large numerals (to read with my over 40 eyes). I don't know how durable it is, but being a swiss made watch, I am expecting atleast 2 or more years without any issues. I plan to buy even more of these Sturhling watches now that I see how high quality they are (I consider myself a watch person as I haver over 50 watches including a Rolex, Tourneau, tag heur, cartier, movado, etc). I have gotten more compliments on this watch than my cartier. (and I can afford to lose if!!)

I'm very glad that I purchased the Basillica II watch. It's my first Stuhrling Original watch and it's beautiful. Especially the way the crystal is cut. It's not really noticable in the picture so I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. All in all a very good purchase.

I had been searching for a swiss made watch with a leather band (either male or female) for over a month and decided on this one. This man's watch is definitely a statement on a female wrist. I have a small wrist and it fits perfectly on the last hole of the band. The watch is beautiful in person. The face and numbers are large which makes the time easy to read. It is unique in design from the art deco numerals to the domed crystal. I chose the black face over the silver face, because the black face looks more elegant. I receive compliments every time I wear it. I have recommended Sturling to my family and friends. Ladies, you won't go wrong with this oversized, beautifully constructed, and reasonably priced timepiece. I look forward to purchasing my next Sturling watch. I highly recommend this watch and the Sturling brand.

This watch is a very nice piece with a very interesting retro-like domed face with side arches. I am not impressed with the band however.

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for by boyfriend and I was impressed by the quality. The picture on the website does not do the justice. The size of the watch is not too big and not too small. The leather band is nicely done and the curved glass adds the spice that makes the watch stand out. It comes in a nice box, which makes it a nice gift. I was looking at watches for a while before I purchased this one, and for the price that I paid - I could not have found nicer combination of price, quality and style. Thank you Overstock.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it!! It is stylish, fits comfortably and is not too large or bulky! He wanted something simple that he could wear everyday and feel good about and this was it! He told me twice how much he loved it! And it was affordable! Great find :)

I ordered this watch as a gift to my nephew for his 18th birthday. He loves it and wears it on a daily basis. As a young entrepreneur it adds to his look of success. From the picture, I thought the face may be too large. However, it is a perfect size on his wrist. I may just buy one for my husband!

Great price and A++++ watch looks alot better than it looks on line light weight and not to thick seeing that I only wear very slim watchs.

Fantastic watch. High grade quality for a very fair price. Not as thin as I would like but the beveled edge glass makes up for it.

The watch was nice looking when I received it, but within two months the domed crystal was scratched badly. A month ago the second hand fell off, and now it has stopped. Save your money and buy a Timex or something. I am very disapointed.

This is my third Stuhrling Original Watch. I haven't been disappointed with any of the purchases. The Basilica is unique in the way it was design. It is really nice. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for a great watch.

This watch was more than I expected. It is beautiful. I love big watches even though I have a tiny wrist. I would have liked to have seen one more notch in the wrist band so I could make it a little tighter, this causes it to hang a little lose and is more susceptible to scratches. I have only notices 1 small one so far and have been wearing it this way for a month. I have had several comments about it. Well worth the money.
