The men¿s Ascot is simply understated elegance. The face size is large and masculine in proportion but the case is ultra thin ¿ think top of the line Movodo. The band is leather and comfortable to wear. I especially like the polished stainless steel case with white dial face in contrast with the black band. This is my fourth Stuhrling watch with the other three being mechanical time pieces. I am very pleased with the quality, reliability and value that Stuhrling offers to the rest of us that can afford but won¿t pay $2K for a watch. I highly recommend this watch.

Hello All, My wife got me this watch for my birthday and we were both dissapointed. The timepiece is very thin and light weight. The band is short, I have to use the very last notch to fasten the watch. I think worst of all was the realiztion the watch is China assembled, parts from Switzerland, China assembled. I have other nice watches, 2-Citizen, 1-Raymond Weil, 1-Timex, 1-Tag Hauer, I wish we had looked into the manufacturer prior to making the purchase. I gave the watch two stars because it does have an attractive dial and I won't mind wearing it everyday. So, for the price it is what it is. I could have gone to a discount store and done as well, but oh well. It was given with love; so, I won't be returning it. However, I do wish Overstock would "vet" their vendors a bit when it comes to how they represent their products.

I bought my watch from overstock. I would recommend my watch to anyone. It is a thin watch, that prevents it from hitting things when working. It has easy to read numbers. Overall I realy like my watch.

A nice plain watch. Goes well with casual or office attire. However, it arrived in bad condition (looked like the watch box had been stepped on before it was put in the carton to ship). Manufacturer made good with courtesy, but someone wasn't practicing quality control when they put together the package.

I was surprised by the diameter of the watch, 38mm turned out to be larger than I anticipated. The simple design pairs nicely with my suits. It's very light so I barely notice that I have it on. While the strap it came with was cheap, it was easily replaced.

I recently purchased this watch for my father as a gift and I was blown away by the care taken in shipping the item and also the company packaging of the watch. It came in a beautiful wooden display case with all of the letters of authenticity and truely showcased the elegance of the piece. The watch is extremely lightweight and comfortable and the face of the watch does not appear large and bulky on the wrist. Tremendous value for the price and also a time piece that will remain in style and elegant for years to come.
